Why would I purchase Carpet Floor Mats vs. an All Weather Rubber Floor Mat?
Carpet floor mats and rubber floor mats serve two different purposes. Both auto floor mats will protect your vehicle floor, but if you are looking for more serious protection from mud and snow rubber floor mats are the way to go. Custom-made automotive floor mats are made to the exact specifications of a particular year, make, model and sub-model of a vehicle. This means that if you are looking for a BMW floor mat for your 3 Series, this floor mat will fit the 3 Series perfectly, but will not fit the 5 Series. While semi-custom floor mats are not made specifically for each vehicle, they are not a "One Size Fits All" mat. As you may have noticed, there are only so many variations the floorboard of a vehicle may have. Thus, semi-custom floor mats are available in up to 50 patterns accommodating most vehicles with a 90-95% fit.
Will the floor mats slide around?

Custom Embroidered Logo Floor Mats and personal embroidery are not patches but rather intricately embroidered thread that is computer sewn and takes up to 2 hours in order to complete some of the larger logos. Multi-colored logos are generally embroidered in the standard colors but personal embroidery and single color logos are available in 12 different embroidery colors.
Are these floor mats the same as my factory floor mats?
Absolutely not. If you received carpet floor mats with your vehicle these mats will not be the same. First, these mats are at least twice the weight of your factory mats and generally thicker as well. In addition, although custom floor mats are designed for your particular vehicle, they are being made by private companies that do not necessarily make the pattern exactly the way the factory decided to make it. This does not mean that the floor mat design is worse or that it will not fit, in fact most of the time customers are happier with the aftermarket design. Please do not expect an exact duplicate of your factory mats. However, if you are unhappy with the fit of the floor mats please return your mats for a full refund.
Do these mats replace my factory floor mats or can I use them on top of the existing floor mats?
The choice is yours. The mats can either be used as replacement floor mats or they can be used in conjunction with your existing mats.
What is the difference between a one-piece design and a two-piece design?
Most front floor mats are designed with a two-piece construction. However, there are many Trucks and SUV's (and a few cars) that offer a front floor mat with a 1-piece construction. Most rear floor mats for Trucks, SUV's and Mini-Vans from Weathertech, Husky Liners, and Catch-All, Lloyd Mats, Invisible Mats, and Premium Plush Mats come in a one-piece design. Husky's Floor Liners come in two pieces for the rear but they overlap one another essentially creating a one-piece mat.

What materials are Lloyds Mats made from?
Lloyd Mats use Nylon Yarn for a few reasons. Nylon yarn floor mats not only wear longer, but these floor mats also retain their appearance longer.
