They Stink

Reviewed By James M (Greenfield, MA) Reviewed for a 2004 Mazda MPV —2/5/2014 6:44 AM

They mats are fine except for one issue - they stink. They have a chemical, rubber smell that has yet to go away. The smell becomes more intense if any floor heat is turned on. My wife doesn't ride in that car anymore. If anyone else has had this issue and overcome it please let me know how. I don't know whether to wait to see if it dissipates or return them now. I don't want to get stuck with stinky mats.

Loyds floor mats

Reviewed By Joseph M (Ringwood, NJ) Reviewed for a 2006 Mazda MPV —12/11/2013 6:27 AM

Mats arrived quickly. They looked thin and inexpensive to me based on the cost however my wife liked the look. I bought them for a good fit and they do fit nicely. They look like they will controll the winter slop. I would have bought cargo mats but none made for my mazda .

So so

Reviewed By Rob S (APPLETON, WI) Reviewed for a 2004 Mazda MPV —12/30/2012 7:18 PM

They have a bit of a cheap appearance, some the mats pattern were cut out of square. They don't capture as much water as I would hope. Water from melted snow runs off the edges, and gets the carpet wet. If I had other options that would fit my van I would go that direction. I've had cheap generic mats that collect more slop.
