I first saw these ramps at a car show in Carlisle, PA, didn't purchase at the time because I thought they were too much money. Finally, after being frustrated with regular ramps, I purchased these, wow, they are so nice compared to regular ramps, easy to get a low setting car up on and once the ramp section is removed it gives you plenty of room to access under the car.

I had been on a quest to find some high quality wheel chocks to keep me and my classic Porsche safe while performing maintenance. I know Race Ramps products are top tier so I ordered a set of these and they did not disappoint. They are extremely well made with superior grip compared to most chocks I had found locally. My first use was to change a fuel filter and these kept the front wheels solidly in place while I raised the rear and crawled under the car. I highly recommend this product.

The average car weighs around 2 tons, with trucks weighing quite a bit more. And, it’s this incredible heft that warrants safety above all else when purposefully making the wheels leave the ground. By following a few safety guidelines, working on a properly lifted car is relatively safe.
