"It took a few minutes to get the hang of snapping the outer rim onto the plastic, but once I got going it was a "snap". Easy to trim with a straight edge and utility tool to finish off the end, and Voila! I bought 2 of these, one for each vehicle and the will do exactly what I needed, keep the garage floor clean & Dry under the vehicles. I'll write you back in 3 or 4 years to assess the longevity of the mat...Thanx"

"This product works well to add a protective layer for your garage floor however putting it together was another story. The instructions are confusing and difficult to follow. The pictures didn't help much either. After I battled with the thing for almost an hour it turned out ok. It was difficult to get the wrinkles out of it when trying to put on the edging."

"ordering was super easy recieved it in 2 days ,packaging was very neat and meticiolous, i am a 49 year old women with a disabled husband and i was able to put it together in 20 minutes super easy love it looks great very clean ,i wrote to them on a sunday requesting double stick tape Monday morning a email with a responce saying my tape in the mail i love this store .this is my 3rd order and there awesome"

"This is the second Park Smart Clean Park system that I have purchased. The first one lasted 8 - 10 years being driven on daily. The system is very easy to install and maintain. When installing it during the winter, expect to see the folds for awhile. Once it is warmed during the summer months, it will smooth out considerably. It is amazing the amount of snow that gets packed under your car. With this system installed, all you need to do is sweep the water out in a controlled fashion. It is much better than allowing the water to go where it wants, especially when you want to keep other items in your garage out of the water."

"It works as advertised-made in the USA! Keeps moisture and debris contained and looks great. Can't say enough good. One thing that I do plan to do is add some double-sided tape just to keep the vinyl mat in place a bit. It can bunch. Cleans up great with my wet/dry vac. Have noticed a significant reduction of tire debris reduction in the walk paths of the garage. I would recommend it to anyone-at the discounted price! Wait for a sale."

"It's only been a few days, but so far so good - it's performing as advertised. Assembly was fairly easy, even in freezing weather (Vermont). Overall, I'm happy with my purchase."

"I left one of ridge pieces out to allow drainage. So when we have a nice day and the sun is shinning I just pull the mat out of the garage and let it drain. I wish the company could build in a drain option. Otherwise it is doing as advertised."

"This is a great idea, but the install was at best difficult and at worst should have been better documented. It does hold water and fluids. We have not had this product very long, but are concerned that the water does not seem to evaporate, and might cause rotting of fabric. When installed it does look good and seems so far to very durable. Would I recommend this product, probably, but the install needs to be easier and warnings on such things as be sure that the edges of the fabric are even in the clamping edging to prevent wrinkles should be added."

"We get lots of snow in blowing Rock and my garage doesn't have a drain so I was having major water problems when the snow melted off the car. I found the Park Smart on line and thought it would solve my problem. I think it will but I was disappoined with the installation instructions. Once you get it installed, you realize it's very simple but once installed it can't be taken apart to correct mistakes which could have been avoided with better instructions."

"These garage mats are definetely catching the rain, snow, and salt sludge from my vehicles this season. My garage does not have a drain and any water would run to the exterior walls. These mats hold the water until I can shop vac it out. Works great. I do wish the mats were made of a thicker more substantial rubber material."

"After getting over two feet of snow before Christmas, I was getting really tired of mopping up the melting snow in the garage. Every time my wife took her car out, it was a clean-up job for me! I surprised her with it at Christmas and she was thrilled! I got her a lot of other stuff too, but this is the gift that keeps on giving and the one that she keeps raving about! Mine doesn't look as neat as the one in the photo and it took more time to install than I expected. The price was good and the quality great. I've already recommended it to several people."

"It's only snowed once in the 3 weeks I've had the mat but the run off from the car was easily contained in the mat. Even though I put a couple of small pieces of double sided tape at the entry end, none of the rest of the mat is slipping."

"Never put a car in my garage until this year. Planning ahead I purchased the Park Smart Clean Park. It was delivered quickly and I set it up without a problem. Within a week we had 23" snow. That was not Park Smart's fault but it did contain all the salt and snow that melted off the bottom of my car when I returned to the garage. I am glad I got it."

"When I ordered the mats I was expecting a harder and thicker material that I would just roll out and would be ready to go. It was not hard at all to set up. I am finding the snow and water dripping off my vehicles are now pooling on the mats and I have to get a broom or scrapper to get the water off."

"My garage has a slight slope from the center down to the edges, and does not have a drain. Winters were a nightmare, when slush would fall off my car and melt and then spread all over the garage floor, leaving everything wet and dirty. I bought my first Park Smart mat about four or five years ago, and it was a life saver. I got a floor squeegee, and every other day or so I just push all of the collected water and slush off the mat and down the driveway. We get a lot of snow in Michigan, and it can get tedious having to do it day after day - but it's a lot better than having a wet garage. My original mat finally was showing signs of age, so I just treated myself to a brand new one for this upcoming winter. I recommend them to everyone. Just wish it had a slightly higher edge to hold more water in."

"I had an older mat that had gotten torn over the years. It used water hose down the sides to stabilize it and they would never stay straight. I eventually had to replace them with vinyl pipe. This mat has segmented edges that you clamp on and do an excellent job of stabilizing the edges. It wants to slip on my carpeted garage floor, but AutoAnything sent me some double back tape to put under it and it seems to be working very well. So far, I highly recomment this mat, which was less expensive than the others that I looked at."

"The mat is effective in keeping water contained for about 2 years. Beyond that life span the corners deteriorate and rip and the thinner mat is very susceptible to stone punctures. Wish the thicker mat was available in the 9.6 foot width. A great product with a very limited life span."
