First, I must say the mat is performing as advertised. However, I was expecting a thicker, more durable material. I also was not expecting the "edge pieces" - I had pictured in my head a one piece mat with rolled up edges; open the box, roll it out, and you're done. I was wrong, but I won't bad mouth this mat. As I said earlier, it's performing just fine.

We wanted to protect our wood floor garage from water, snow, and other undesireables that are common to upstate New York. The Park Smart does the job admirably. Having purchased the Heavy-Duty version, it does not seem the "basic" would do the trick - too much risk of the plastic ripping, and a thinner material would have been more difficult to install. Installation is not a problem, so long as you read the directions and are patient. It took about 1.5 to 2.0 hours.

I've only had this mat for a week. It arrived on a very cold upstate NY day. I warmed it up in my cellar, but I still couldn't get the trim to snap on. With the use of a heat gun and a rubber mallet it snapped together quickly. It looks pretty strong, it's already containing a lot of slush. I hope it's as durable as it looks.

Was struggling with water building up and running all over my sealed garage floor. The Park Smart mat contains it all basically under the car and makes it easy to clean. This solved all my issues and is a great purchase.

I purchased a second mat for my other vehicle. The first one worked so well in keeping slush from running all over the garage floor. It makes winter much more bearable. Also works great to keep debris off the floor when working on my vehicle-just remember to put blocks under your jack stands to not puncture the mat.

This h/d mat contains the slop from a snow/mud covered car. Other reviews on assembly are about right-not real easy. Corners don't meet neatly. Need a hacksaw and warm day helps so vinyl will be softer to work. You can cut one side piece each side to get exact length you want--instructions not clear on that. A bit pricey for what you get, but it works well and I am happy overall. Can recommend heavy model-not sure if lighter material would hold up.

Ordered two mats for car and truck. Weather has been wet in Northern WI and lot of excess and snow turds from the cars. I assembled the mats in 30 degree weather, not a problem. One mat tended to slip out of position, quick fix to anchor with small pavers. Once there is build of water will simply shop vac, with this purchase; I feel my vehicles think highly of me!!

I love my Park Smart. Haven't got to do the BIG SNOW trials yet, but small stuff and lots of slush and has done exactly the job we were looking for. As for the putting the edges on I was a bit worried after reading all the trouble everyone had, but BEING A GIRL I guess I thought it was pretty easy to get it set up and then bring in the BIG GUY to step on the edges to set them. So all in all we love it. Of course it is still new, so ask me next year at this time and I'll let you know if it holds up. y
