For the price of $273 you could get a mat to lay flat on the floor once you had it together. Not so. It is uneven all around the sides from the pinching of the 2 ft side pieces. This will cause difficulty in squeeging the mat. For the price one pays for this product you would think a company could put together a better system of building this so that the mat would lay perfectly flat.

I am on my 3rd Park Smart HD floor mat. These are garbage but there is no alternative so I keep buying. Basic physics: you buy these because you live in a cold weather climate. The edge channels are plastic. Plastic gets cold. You run a 2 ton car on them. They crack. Period. They get pretty beat up the 1st year. By the 2nd year, they're trashed. Be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars every other year

We purchased two heavy-duty garage floor mats to replace our 5-yr-old 2-mil mats that had worn out. The new mats much heavier vinyl lies perfectly flat, and the borders are rigid and stable. We expect these mats will last a long time and keep snow and slush from running into the back of our garage. Great product!

For someone who builds homes I feel reasonably technically inclined. Not that the installation was difficult. It was not. Installing this sheet of plastic using the small 18" + - plastic channels around the perimeter is a pain in the neck. Even worse, the wrinkled mess that you end up with after spending a fair amount of money is very frustrating. I would not recommend this product since the "final product" may work as intended, the aestestics of it falls very short from the picture as show

Ordered the heavy duty mat after reading reviews on the standard mat. The mat is very thin but feels very durable. Installation was very simple...just read the directions, lay out the pieces and it was so easy to snap together. i plan to buy a few more.

This is the second of these I have in my garage. The mat is high quality and protects the finished garage floor, but both times, the assembly was a bit challenging in that in the final step the pieces don't fit together because something is not quite square. So...can't put the last piece on without cutting it. Very annoying.

Great product. This is exactly what I was looking for. I had to cut a hole in the middle of it so that it would drain into the drain in my garage floor. Works great at catching water and keeping it contained. Thinking about buying another one soon for the second bay in my garage.

Winter in the Northeast causes an incredible amount of salt to accumulate on your vehicle. When the snow, ice, and salt comes off that vehicle onto your garage floor it's not only a mess but over time the salt can eat away at the concrete. A good investment in my opinion to prevent unwanted garage floor repairs. That melted snow and ice can also work it's way under your garage door while its closed. If it freezes, opening your garage door might be a problem. Another reason to get the Park Smart.

I bought the Park Smart for my wife's F-150 Super Crew. It took us some time to finally install it because we had to re-arrange some things in the garage first. We got some fresh snow the day after we set it up and it works great. No more wet boxes and other items laying around on the garage floor. We love it.

What are the overall dimensions of this heavy duty mat. I have studded snow tires, and I want to cover the entire track from garage door entry to the place that I park with the mat. I have a special garage floor sealer called Artcrete, and I want to protect it.

paniting my garage floor and thought about getting the floor mat.thought this might keep the tires from heating the floor and pulling up the paint. Does any one know if this would work.
