This is the second of these I have in my garage. The mat is high quality and protects the finished garage floor, but both times, the assembly was a bit challenging in that in the final step the pieces don't fit together because something is not quite square. So...can't put the last piece on without cutting it. Very annoying.

Great product. This is exactly what I was looking for. I had to cut a hole in the middle of it so that it would drain into the drain in my garage floor. Works great at catching water and keeping it contained. Thinking about buying another one soon for the second bay in my garage.

Winter in the Northeast causes an incredible amount of salt to accumulate on your vehicle. When the snow, ice, and salt comes off that vehicle onto your garage floor it's not only a mess but over time the salt can eat away at the concrete. A good investment in my opinion to prevent unwanted garage floor repairs. That melted snow and ice can also work it's way under your garage door while its closed. If it freezes, opening your garage door might be a problem. Another reason to get the Park Smart.

I bought the Park Smart for my wife's F-150 Super Crew. It took us some time to finally install it because we had to re-arrange some things in the garage first. We got some fresh snow the day after we set it up and it works great. No more wet boxes and other items laying around on the garage floor. We love it.

I am actually using this for a UTV. The floor in my shed is not perfectly level. When I would plow with the utv, it would then melt off the machine, and go right under the wall of the shed. It would also freeze on the floor, which made it very dangerous for walking. This mat solved all those problems. Nice quality ( I went with the heavy duty one ), decent price, and most importantly, it does it's job.

There were no indications that assembly was required in the catalog product description so it was a bit disappointing to find out assembly was required. Not what I expected for the price. The mat is thinner than expected. So far, after 1 week, it shows no leaks from snow melt.

The floor mats look good on the floor of my garage and have already started to perfom keeping the floors clean after a few bad days of rain. The street side edge has a wierd gap of about an inch and a half. It looks funny and I think it will be a leak problem once I drive in with a car covered in snow. Give yourself extra time for the installation unless your are handyman. You have to cut the vinal floor mat. Remember, "measure twice, cut once" I forgot.

Our garage floor was just above freezing when we installed the mat. The mat cooled down after being rolled out and it was not flexible enough for connecting the side clips. We had to use a heater to warm the mat before the clips would click closed and stay closed. We have now noticed that some side clips have opened up after being in place for two weeks.

What are the overall dimensions of this heavy duty mat. I have studded snow tires, and I want to cover the entire track from garage door entry to the place that I park with the mat. I have a special garage floor sealer called Artcrete, and I want to protect it.

paniting my garage floor and thought about getting the floor mat.thought this might keep the tires from heating the floor and pulling up the paint. Does any one know if this would work.
