I recently installed the cabinets. They are sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. However, I have some suggestions and a complaint. Complaint: Both boxes had screws and some other hardware loose inside the box. Fortunately, everything was there. Better care needs to be taken at the manufacturer/packing phase to make certain that all accessories and hardware are properly packaged with no chance of breaking open. Please don't tell me that some settling and package breaking occurs. I've assembled many items in my life and loose items are not acceptable. Suggestions: The shelves come unassembled inside of the product box, and inside a shipping box. The boxes are already rather large. Why not just ship them assembled. The box would only be a little larger and it would weigh the same. Almost all shipping charges are based on weight, with only very large and bulky/unusual items surcharged for their size. The cross bar that holds assorted hooks etc., did not have screws that were long enough for assembly. I had to use longer screws to attach the hook mechanism parts to the cross bar.
