"I had an older mat that had gotten torn over the years. It used water hose down the sides to stabilize it and they would never stay straight. I eventually had to replace them with vinyl pipe. This mat has segmented edges that you clamp on and do an excellent job of stabilizing the edges. It wants to slip on my carpeted garage floor, but AutoAnything sent me some double back tape to put under it and it seems to be working very well. So far, I highly recomment this mat, which was less expensive than the others that I looked at."

"The mat is effective in keeping water contained for about 2 years. Beyond that life span the corners deteriorate and rip and the thinner mat is very susceptible to stone punctures. Wish the thicker mat was available in the 9.6 foot width. A great product with a very limited life span."

"This is my second Park Smart Clean Park mat. The first lasted two years before the side border pieces broke from being stepped on or driven upon. The regular mats will last a year and two years if they are removed in the summer and folded. I duct-taped the holes from small gravel and managed to get a 3rd year off of my prior mat."

"I love the fact that melting snow doesn't spread through the garage but I wish it was a bit thicker so it wouldn't stick to the floor under the tires of my GMC Jimmy."

"I assembled the two car mats we ordered without too much trouble, although you have to read the directions carefully and it was a bit trickier than I had imagined. The mats look fine in the garage, although the real test will be our first snowstorm this winter (which hasn't happened yet). The vinyl in the mat was thinner than I expected, so it might not hold up to the elements, but so far so good."

"I am not very handy,and generally have great disdain for product directions but your directions were so easy that I didn't even make one mistake! I was able to attach all of the parts in under 15 minutes and I am ready to order another for the other side of my garage. My only complaint (minor) is that the product comes folded over into squares and it is not easy to get the mat to lie completely flat as the fold stick up until they have gotten quite warm. I suggest that the mat should be shipped in a tube to lessen the folding patterns."

"I've only had the Clean Park Garage Mat for a couple weeks, but it seems to be doing everything it's supposed to do. We got about 10 inches of snow the other day and it handled the slush and mess from the car just fine. I was able to easily sweep the snowmelt off the mat. Luckily, my brother and husband were around for the installation. We did have to cut a couple pieces on the ramp end. Other than that, the installation went fairly smoothly."

"This is the third Floor Mat that I have purchased and they are great. The only problem I have had with them is that they are easily punctured by gravel which comes in with the snow from the gravel that the highway maintenance workers put on the roads. They last a couple of seasons and then leak so bad that they will not contain the snow melt water."

"I have used this product for 10 years in a Northern Climate. It well protects my bare concrete floor from the grit,grime,and foul water of winter dirving. Need to replace mats every four years with patching each spring from rock holes."
