"its basically a vinyl tarp with plastic clip-on molding to go around the edges. i wanted something simple that will block water/liquids/oil from the garage floor and this works perfectly for that. so far it seems pretty durable and i def. recommend it if you're on a tight budget."

"The Clean Park was delivered within 5 business days. There was a little more involved setting it up than I anticipated. Took about an hour total to figure out the instructions and execute on them. All in all not to difficult to do, instructions could be a little bit better.
I have only been using it for about 3 weeks but there have been multiple snows and run-offs and the mat performs as advertised. I was really surprised how it was able to hold the water in place on the mat for me to just wet vacuum it up.
So far so good, not sure how long it will last before it wears through or a hole appears from a stone brought in by the car. It is keeping the garage cleaner right now."

"Product works well. If you have a fair amount of snow it tends to catch alot of dirt. This requires cleaning the mat as it makes it somewhat difficult to get in the car without stepping on the dirty mat. The good news is, all that dirt would be in your house if it wasn't on the mat ;-)"

Plastic Tile Floor Saved by Park Smart

"Last year I installed a plastic tile floor. Made the garage look awesome. Something they dont tell you is that in the north, you will be cleaning it constantly plus the sand and salt ends up under the tiles. I got the park smart mats for our two daily drivers and it is working great. AutoAnything had the best price by far for the mats. I searched the internet a long time. After driving in bad weather, the following day, I just push the water/ice/snow/salt/sand out with a squeege. It looks like it should tear down ok for storage come spring. I am sure there are more attractive solutions out there but they would be significantly more expensive. AutoAnything ships very very fast."

"we were having trouble with the snow melting off the car and running everywhere in the garage - the garage floor mat has worked wonderfully! we are very happy with it and I'm amazed at the amount of water that it holds. It is so much nicer in our garage. thank you to others who wrote reviews and recommended this product"

"Works as promised - all you need to do is trim it a little to fit the space so you can step outside of it when parking. Easy to set up by yourself after you have 4 people stretch it a little first to get rid of the folds from the way it was packed.
I've only had it for a couple of weeks so I don't know how durable it will be.
AutoAnything had the lowest total price on the internet."

"Dad and father-in-law thought I was crazy, but they really do work! Mats came quick via UPS with no issues. Putting together is very easy, but I had to modify a bit. Mats were long for my cars but I didn't want to cut it down b/c that would mean I would lose surface area/volume to trap water. Both mats had two extra black trim pieces each. So I cut down a piece to add extra length to match the size of the mat. After two snows, they've held the melt without spilling over. I still have to squeegie like I used to, but not all over the garage floor and drywall area. Cheaper than busting up concrete and installing a drain! Thanks! -S Wood, KC MO."

"Remember to leave a a piece of the front ramp tarp corners so they look like picture of back corners. The illustrations could be better. But we made it fit. Just what we needed on new garage floor."

"I am very happy with the Park Smart Clean Park and just wish I had looked for this product many years ago! I have an attached garage, in Iowa, which is not level and have had water run off in places I did not want it for years from rain and snow on my vehicles. I do not have that problem any longer and we have had plenty of snow and rain in the past couple of weeks to test this out. Assembly was fairly easy, the two end pieces at the printed end of the mat need to be marked better as they are hard to see."

"Expected this product to be more robust and not cheap. It was not clear that this is no more than a heavy vinyl sheet with cheap plastic pieces for the edges. In less than 3 weeks usage, several of the edges of already snapped and broken. The mat moves when parking a car so it will bunch up in the garage. After the winter season, I will be throwing all 3 mats away. Waste of money."

"Assembly was simple except on the end where "Park Smart Clean Park" is printed, the 6 ramp pieces do not fit. Only 5 pieces fit with space left for about another 1/2 of a piece of ramp. I can only assume the bottom of the sheet is not as wide as the the top, where all 6 pieces fit exactly. As one can see in the picture, the ramp pieces are to be installed "INSIDE" the two border or "OUTSIDE" lengths."

"I've been making my own version of this for years with PVC pipe and a heavy duty tarp. Because of time constraints I went this route this year. It was pretty easy to assemble, but it doesn't trap nearly the water (from the melting snow) that my own version holds. Also, the water seems to be escaping, albeit in small amounts, from the side nearest the rear of the vehicle. Overall, it's OK, but if you'll likely be better suited in making your own version if you have the time and skills."

"This is our second purchase of two Park Smart Clean Park mats. All the snow and moisture is trapped on the
mat and is easily swept off. Take your time laying out all the pieces before final assembly and you should have no problem putting this together. Many of our neighbors are purchasing these mats after experiencing the harsh winter we had last year here in Boulder, Colorado."

"Mat is a bit thin but it does the job. The trim pieces are easy to install but you need to do it on the floor (sitting down) or have someone else do it for you. Instructions talk about not turning wheels while parked (twists material). Better than other products that do not protect the floor from spilled liquids (like the tiles). Cheaper than more expensive matts that do not have lip around edge (no plastic pieces). Overall, it is not perfect but it does the job."

"Thin sheet, cheap borders, got dirty just walking on it, directions so basic, it's inadequate. I could have purchased a thick tarp at Home Dept that would have done the same for alot less money.
It will do the job for now, until it tears (which I don't think will be too long) and I'll have the garage floor re-done professionally."
