I was looking for something to protect my doors from dings--- this isnt it- Being that it was clear, I was hoping it would not be so noticeable & not draw attention to "would be door dingers" Seems if this was noticed, people would attempt to open the door intentionally for spite or to see if it works?? perhaps a proctector the same color of the car would help?

I would prefer magnets instead of suction cups... Additionally, a 3rd.suction cup in the center would help keep it on the car more securely...

Always had a problem in my garage with my wife's two-door car door banging into my car and leaving a long row of dings. Well, after buying a new car I wasn't about to let them happen again! I found this and thought, what the heck, I'll try it. It's easy to place exactly where needed and, as long as the car is clean, it stays put, plus it comes off very easily! I bought some rare earth magnets, planning ahead, to epoxy onto the door guard in the eventuality the suction cups won't work or hold. So, bring it on!....
