"I had no idea about the threshold until my son bought some. I am hoping that it blocks the cold air coming into my garage/basement this winter. Without it I had water coming in underneath the door and ice forming on the indside of the windows on the door. It makes sense to have a garage door threshold."

"$45 for a $10 piece of rubber and a very common-don't-need- it caulk gun and glue. If anybody else sold the rubber for a dime less I would buy theirs instead."

"Our garage door leaked horribly during rains...especially during the recent hurricane Gustav. Today was the first rain since I installed the threshold seal. It passed its first test...a dry floor."

"Fast processing and shipping, no problem there. The product is way overpriced for what it is that you get. Probably costs penny's to mass produce the weather stripping itself and the cocking gun and glue are maybe a few dollars more, you don't get almost $50 dollars worth of anything. The directions and installation are simple and straight forward. The weather strip seems to work OK but I still have a small amount of water seeping in on the ends. Going to try applying silicon there and see if that helps. Bottom line....it's an average product that costs way to much, but what doesn't these days! This website had the best price I could find."

"Since I installed the garage door threshold it hasn't rained hard. The product didn't seal my garage door but that is due to the door not the seal. I'm sure this will help keep out debris but not so much water....time will tell."

"I am very pleased that the ordeal of fighting the blown in rain and leaves is over. Even with the standard Garage door bottom seal, water would always end up in our garage after a rain or leaves and dust would blow in. This garage door threshold went in in 20 minutes and my water problem is solved. My only beef is that the product is a little expensive for a piece of rubber, which is why it took me awhile to decide to try it. Thankfully it works like a charm and I'm not sorry I bought it, just sorry I waited so long!"

"We received the product as described. The instructions were easy to follow and the garage door threshold seal works great. We have already had it tested the next day after we installed it and no water entered the garage. I'm glad we found this product here since it came with the liquid nails. The shipping was free and the best value from our search on other web sites."

"I had water seeping into one corner of my garage door. The garage door threshold seal took care of my problem. Since installation we've had three servere thunderstorms with an average of 1.5 inches of rain each storm. No leaks. Thank you."
