"We just installed the Park Smart Garage Door Threshold seal.The Liquid Nails provided was difficult to use,older??,hard but the Threshold itself is a winner! Works much better than the standard door gasket and looks nice. Helps alot to seal out water. Recommend to everyone."

Bad timing on my part

"Due to the temperature change I will not be able to install the seal until spring. The adhesive states that the temperature must be above 40. Our nights are well below this now. I can't rate the seal one way or the other."

protect tile

"I purchased this product to protect the tile floor I plan to install, this seal will give the tile a place to but up against. Its too cold in Pa. to install, I have to wait for warmer weather. Customer service is great, the tube of glue with the kit was cut open, they sent another one to me fast. Price is also best going, plus free shipping."

"I brought the Park Smart Garage Door Threshold Seal from AutoAnything. It arrived with everything needed for the install, the caulk and even the caulking gun! What a deal! It was very easy to install and works like a charm. It rained the following night and when I opened the garage, it kept the nightcrawlers and water from coming in the garage. This is a good product."

"Product shipped quickly and was as advertised. I only used one tube of adhesive for a 16' door. Two seemed like way too much. Agree with some of the previous reviewers that it's easy to install backwards from the directions if you're not careful. Suggest placing the strip on the floor in approximately the correct position, then lowering the door onto it lightly and then positioning it exactly where you want it. Then raise the door and keep one foot on the strip while you scribe your pencil marks on the floor on either side of the entire length of the strip. Don't be overeager to trim the strip. For my 16' door it was the exact correct length even though at first it looked too long. I combined this with an upgraded weather strip on the bottom of the door for extra protection. Waiting for the rain....."

"This seal is extremely easy to install and well worth the cost. Everything you need is in the kit except for a utility knife to cut to fit. I can now say those pests are no longer pests. They stay outside from now on."
