Description

Whether your garage is a sanctuary or a storage facility, the Park Smart Garage Door Seal is a must. The door seal creates a water and weather-resistant threshold that blocks dirt, leaves, puddles and curious critters from calling your garage home. And, the seal helps stabilize garage temperatures for added comfort.

The door seal is made from a heavy-duty vinyl-polymer strip that bonds to your garage floor where it meets the door. The 3½” wide strip rises just enough—only ½”—to cut-off the crud without causing a trip hazard. Plus, roll-up doors, hinged doors and even walk-through doors can be sealed with the Park Smart system.

The kit’s complete with everything needed to stop the persistent onslaught of dirt and moisture sneaking into your garage. Installation is easy—taking only a few minutes to create an effective door-to-floor barrier. And, best of all, your Park Smart Garage Door Seal is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

"We have an old garage door and it is bowed in the middle, leaving each end not touching the ground. This was letting rain water flow in when there was a heavy downpour. Since we've installed the Park Smart Garage Door Threshold Seal, no rain water can get in. It's great!"

"I haven't had a hard rain yet to thoroughly test the seal. However, the seal has prevented water from small rains from entering the garage. Previously I would have had puddles inside the garage from the slightest of rain. So far, I'm impressed and installation was easy."

"I actually am using the threshold seal to create a water barrier in my basement - to create a 1 inch lip to keep water that might leak from my washer, water heater or bulkhead from my finshed half. It was easy to install and has worked well, holding up to steady traffic."

Great Product.... color mismatch

"I've purchased two of these and installed one! The seal is great... worked perfectly, after installation and a very hard rain, I never had any leakage. However, I ordered the grey seal and received grey... with Brown liquid nails. Needless to say even though I tried to be very careful with the liq. nails, some oozed outward from under the seal and even though I wiped immediately, it made a mess on my newly grey epoxy floor. I went to Lowe’s and purchased grey liquid nails to correct this problem. Wasn't worth returning the unit but was very disappointed after paying 50 bucks per unit. I do however Reccommend this product. RMKip"

Park Smart Garage Threshold Seal Problem

"The seal itself seems to be a good one, but the inaccurate directions with two examples (one right, one wrong) caused me to cut the seal too short. A call to the manufacturer resulted in them admitting that the example drawing is inaccurate. Why they don't toss the installation instruction sheet and send out new ones is beyond me."

"Best there is for keeping a garage clean, combine it with the seal on the door, and get a total dust free seal, even with a gravel driveway. Very complete kit, great directions, and ample adhesive. Only wish they would add 5-6" to every 10 foot piece, sort of a comfort zone."
