"I tried many homemade, less expensive solutions to stopping some rain water from entering the garage and all somewhat helped. But, the Park Smart system has completely stopped all water from entering the garage. It is easy to install and extremely effective. If you have any doubts, don't worry, it is well worth the price."

No more frozen garage doors

"We were having trouble with the garage door seals freezing to the concrete in winter. We would have to use an ice chopper bar to pry the doors open. This kit came complete with everything, even a decent caulking gun. I waited for an above freezing day (barely 32degrees!)trimmed the edges to fit the door and glued it down with the liquid nails also included in the kit. That stuff is really sticky but the edges cleaned up nicely with a putty knife after the glue set for a nice clean installation. Problem fixed: the threshold seal holds the door up off the floor just enough to keep the ice from contacting the door. And it keeps any splash from coming in the garage when the doors are open. I checked around and AutoAnyting had the best price by far. Glad I found this place. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for and it fixed our water problems."

"All necessary materials and equipment shipped with order for pain free installation. Following the detailed instructions, took me less than 45 minutels to install from start to finish. I'm waiting for the next blowing rain to see if it works as great as the installation was easy."

"My fiancé got the idea for the garage threshold from the SkyMall catalog while flying back from FL. We were about to buy the SkyMall product until we did a Google search and found the AutoAnything product for almost half the price. In my opinion a much better value because it came with the materials/tools to install, instructions made it easy to install, and it works GREAT! No more water in the garage from heavy rains and the garage seems warmer too! Great Product and would recommend to my friends and family! - Mark"

"When I saw the advertisement for the "Garage Door Threshold Set" I thought that this was just the item I needed to stop the water from coming in the garage when it rained. I ordered it and within a few days the kit arrived and fortunately the weather cooperated with a couple of 50 degree days here in New England. The installation was very simple, as spelled out in the enclosed instructions. As a matter of fact it only took 15 or 20 minutes to install the seal for each door. The day after the installation, we had a real hard rain and there was not a drop of water in my garage ! The Park Smart Garage Door Threshold Seal certainly lived up to it's reputation, Thank You for a great product which I have shown a few of my friends and I'm sure you will be receiving a few more orders soon."

"Great item. We haven't had any rain or snow yet but I am sure we will no longer have water coming in from outside. We have garage cabinets that were getting water on the base and would have soon ruined them. So glad we found the Smart Park!!! PS It got the boy's out of the house on Thankisgiving too ;-) Phyllis"
