Description

Whether your garage is a sanctuary or a storage facility, the Park Smart Garage Door Seal is a must. The door seal creates a water and weather-resistant threshold that blocks dirt, leaves, puddles and curious critters from calling your garage home. And, the seal helps stabilize garage temperatures for added comfort.

The door seal is made from a heavy-duty vinyl-polymer strip that bonds to your garage floor where it meets the door. The 3½” wide strip rises just enough—only ½”—to cut-off the crud without causing a trip hazard. Plus, roll-up doors, hinged doors and even walk-through doors can be sealed with the Park Smart system.

The kit’s complete with everything needed to stop the persistent onslaught of dirt and moisture sneaking into your garage. Installation is easy—taking only a few minutes to create an effective door-to-floor barrier. And, best of all, your Park Smart Garage Door Seal is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

"This was easy to install. We have had a couple of moderate storms, no major ones yet, but have had no leakage yet. This was installed in the 16 foot wide rolling door of a large metal storage building/shop. I think the cost was appropriate. I would recommend this to others."

"I purchased the Park Smart Garage Door Threshold Seal (Seal)and am quite pleased with the results. Fit was perfect, installation was fairly easy, a little tricky to line up but not difficult, just tedious. My only disappointment was the grey color does not blend with the cement, i.e. it is quite visible, not ugly but very noticeable. Sweeping out the garage is a little bit harder, as there is now the Seal to contend with. That being said, the Seal DOES work, there is no gap for water, snow, leaves, etc. to come into the garage, and it holds my heat much better. Overall I am very pleased and would certainly purchase the Seal again. Roger "

"Always had water on one side of my garage floor due to heaved broken concrete outside. Not now, even with old rough concrete, (which for my app was the hardest part-cleaning it!) now it's dry. Great Idea!"

"The seal was perfect for my garages. I bought the 20' strip and cut it for my two 10' doors. There was a tube of glue left over and they work like a champ."

"Everything needed was in the box. Installation was easy and went very well. Two people would be helpful when setting the threshold to keep other end from flopping into adhesive. Some mention should be made in sales literature that epoxied or painted floors will void manufacturers warranty on sticking. It should be installed directly on unpainted concrete. It has solved my water problems (migration from outside under the door seal)."

"This is just what I needed to stop the water from entering under my garage door. Installed in about 1 hour, just before the heavy rains in our area. Not a drop of water came under the door. Very nice product and works great."

"Every time a storm came through we got puddles in the garage not to mention the critters that found our garage a safe haven in winter. We installed the Park Smart Garage Threshold seal and also added new Park Smart Garage door seals to the bottoms of both garage door and now no more floods. I'm also looking forward to a critter free winter too. Yeah!"
