Product looks nice and with the video it installed fairly easy with help. As this is just installed I am not sure how it will be over the long haul. Cleaning the water off is a concern as it looks like I will have to dismantle a section to sweep off.

The 20mil mat does not stand up to heavy use. The 50 mil last 3 times longer. The only problem with the 50 mil is it only comes in 7.5 ft wide. For larger vehicles you only have 5 in on each side of tires. It would be great if it was made in 8.5 to 9 ft wide.

Mat does a nice job

Our garage floor does not have a drain in the floor, and the Park smart mat does a nice job of keeping melted snow, ice, and salt off of the floor. It also appears to be sturdy.

BUY ONLY THE HEAVY DUTY MAT!

Do NOT make the mistake of purchasing the lighter duty Clean Park Garage Floor Mat. It's too flimsy. They heavy duty mat is good quality and easy to install. Use black vinyl carpet runners on the mat to prevent stones from puncturing the vinyl. Although heavy gauge, it is subject to puncturing from small stones carried in tire tread. I also purchased the lighter duty mat. It's really flimsy and unlike the heavy duty mat that arrived rolled, the light duty mat was folded and creased.

Not what I expected

It was hard to install. The directions are very hard to understand. I guess it will do the job, but not totally happy with it.

My mat seems to be moving around on me. I have tried going slow on and off it and I DO NOT turn my wheels once I am on the mat. Not a good experience am getting frustrated with it...................

I bought the heavy duty mat with the hope of keeping the garage floor clean thru the Colorado winter. It works great! Dirt sweeps up easily. Also, melting snow and slush are contained on the mat. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a way to keep their garage floor clean. Wish I had bought it sooner. Installation was very easy....took about an hour.

It does the job but that is it. It was a hassle to snap all the side pieces on and just like anything that doesn't have centering marks it was hard to put them in the correct position.

Works but be prepared to replace them every two years

I am on my 3rd Park Smart HD floor mat. These are garbage but there is no alternative so I keep buying. Basic physics: you buy these because you live in a cold weather climate. The edge channels are plastic. Plastic gets cold. You run a 2 ton car on them. They crack. Period. They get pretty beat up the 1st year. By the 2nd year, they're trashed. Be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars every other year

A must have in the salty Northeast

Winter in the Northeast causes an incredible amount of salt to accumulate on your vehicle. When the snow, ice, and salt comes off that vehicle onto your garage floor it's not only a mess but over time the salt can eat away at the concrete. A good investment in my opinion to prevent unwanted garage floor repairs. That melted snow and ice can also work it's way under your garage door while its closed. If it freezes, opening your garage door might be a problem. Another reason to get the Park Smart.
