My garage door leaked rain water into the garage for years. I installed the Tsunami Seal Garage Door Seal, it rained 4 inches the following week and no leaks. Thanks.

Stopped water infiltration under my garage door. Caulk gun was basically a piece of junk.

$45 for a $10 piece of rubber and a very common-don't-need- it caulk gun and glue. If anybody else sold the rubber for a dime less I would buy theirs instead.

Average product way over priced

Fast processing and shipping, no problem there. The product is way overpriced for what it is that you get. Probably costs penny's to mass produce the weather stripping itself and the cocking gun and glue are maybe a few dollars more, you don't get almost $50 dollars worth of anything. The directions and installation are simple and straight forward. The weather strip seems to work OK but I still have a small amount of water seeping in on the ends. Going to try applying silicon there and see if that helps. Bottom line....it's an average product that costs way to much, but what doesn't these days! This website had the best price I could find.

Time will tell

Since I installed the garage door threshold it hasn't rained hard. The product didn't seal my garage door but that is due to the door not the seal. I'm sure this will help keep out debris but not so much water....time will tell.

Keeps water out

I had water seeping into one corner of my garage door. The garage door threshold seal took care of my problem. Since installation we've had three servere thunderstorms with an average of 1.5 inches of rain each storm. No leaks. Thank you.

Just as advertised. The only hard part was cutting the strip to fit.
