We had trouble with rain water leaking in around/under the garage door seal. The Park Smart Tsunami Garage Door Threshold Seal solved the problem. Easy to install and works great.

We always had to use towels to keep the water out but no more. This does a really good job and I am so relieved. If I forgot the towels and a rain came, I would sweep water for a couple hours. With help from my wife we installed the seal in an hour, very simple to do.

Installed it following precisely the instructions in the package. Had to cut the rubber seal which was more than 16 feet. Have consumed only 1 out of 2 caulk tubes received with the seal. Now the garage door rubber lands on the door seal rubber and seals tight.

This is the best! Very easy to install works great after 20 years of having a wet garage its dry if I would of known about this along time ago I would of save a lot of time sweeping the water out of the garage. High quality rubber liquid nails worked great on the cement. Works best if the cement is dry & clean. Makes a tight seal so water, critters, or anything else flying around can't get in.

Very easy to install and works great. No more water or bugs under the door. This is the fourth door I have used these on and they are al working well and several have withstood the test of time.

No fault of the seal, but because my wooden garage door was not cut in a straight, level line, I can not get a decent seal to effect with this product.

Garage door threshold seal is working as advertised. The only problem was the adhesive. It seemed to be very thick...maybe it was a bit old. Because it was a bit thick, I had to switch to a stronger caulking gum to aply it. The actual seal is great and looks good.

works well and keeps rain out, its a good idea to replace bottom door seal along with this threshold. The price is alittle steep, it could be cheaper for just a piece of rubber. The liquid nails is what costs.
