"the product quality was excellent and it was easy to install. A perfect fit on my 2001 Silverado. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the long delivery time that was required to get the product. You pay for it up front and wait weeks for delivery."

Well built guards

Posted on 09/08/2006 by Kyle A. - 1999 Ford F150 (San Marcos,CA)

"As expected, Waag still remains the leader in guards. I bought the tail guards to match my front end guard and as usual, they were crafted to the finest details. Their are plenty of guards on the market you can buy or you can buy Waag guards. Nothing comes close!"

Waag Protection

Posted on 05/18/2006 by Norman J. - 2006 Lexus RX 330 (New York,NY)

"Waag Tail Light Guards are a great way to protect your rear lights from damage or even thief. There is just one adjustment that needs to be made. Holes in the frame need to be drill alittle deeper so installation can be easier. Waag Protection is solid."

Worth the wait

Posted on 02/04/2006 by Jerry S. - 2002 Toyota 4-Runner (Savannah,GA)

"The light guards look great! I had to wait close to three weeks for them to arrive but reminded myself they were custom ordered. When they finally arrived my first thought was that the guards were being shipped in separate boxes but they were both carefully wrapped and in one box. I immediately attempted to put them on my truck but had difficulty with the directions. I found them to be vague and spent way too much time installing them. This doesn't mean everyone will have difficulty but more detailed instructions would help. Thanks for making quality products at a great price. My next purchase is right around the corner."

they're O.K.

Posted on 01/18/2006 by Kristen L. - 1995 Nissan Pathfinder (South Berwick,ME)

"The guards will protect your tail lights. They are very strong and thick. But on my vehicle, one fit a little off, and the other sat really far out so it could easily get cought on something while off-roading. If they fit the vehicle better, I would have given them 5 stars."

"Another great product by Waag. Dressed my wifes Lexus in Waag and am now doing an H2. Superior product and excellent craftsmanship. Definantly worth the small additional cost. The value is there for the dollar. Also dealing with AutoAnything is painless. Thanks guys."

WAAG Taillight guards

Posted on 09/28/2005 by Terry I. - 2004 Ford Ranger (Powell,OH)

0 of 1 people found the following review helpful.

"The guards are nicely finished and match the contours of my truck well. They also install easily. My only complaint is that the two mounting holes on the left guard weren't drilled in the proper locations. I had to elongate them with a grinder, using the mounting holes in the right guard as pattern."

Chipped Up From Get Go...

Posted on 08/25/2005 by Jayme C. - 1995 Nissan Pathfinder (York,PA)

0 of 1 people found the following review helpful.

"I opened them up after finally getting them from being on backorder and both of them had marker point size tips in 2 spots on each where they'd been chipped up. This is a bit disappointing for a 170.00 product, and since I didnt call asking for new ones a credit or partial refund would of been nice."
