T&H Grille Guard for 2005 Highlander

"Not too many grill guards were out there that would fit the 2005 Highlander. Apparently, Toyota changed the frame slightly in the 2005 design as compared to the 2004s and prior. From my limited choices, I went with the T&H model because of the more stylish design instead of the standard block grills out there, and the price was right. I choose the black powder finish even though I was initially leaning towards the stainless steel. However, my doubts about it being scratch-free (scratches are more prominent on stainless steel) prevented me from spending the extra $200. There was a little delay with delivery but customer service at Auto Anything stayed on top of things and helped get me the status of the delivery. All in all it only took a couple of days longer than I expected. I read from other reviews that the installation wasn't as easy as advertised. So, I decided to have a local speed shop do the installation. I was glad I did because after speaking with the installer, he mentioned there were a lot of nuts & bolts to fasten which is probably why it took about an hour and half for him, a professional installer, to complete. The T&H Grille Guard looks very nice on the Highlander and there isn't anything like it on the road. This is a great product and I would definitely buy again through Auto Anything!"

Easy to install, looks great, tight fit

"The T&H F-150 grilge Guard went on in about 45 minutes. A breeze to install really. It looks great and feels rock solid. One fault though is that is sits just a bit too close to the New F150 grille and will scrape against the grille when opening and closing. This may just be to the fact that I am using a aftermarket grill with a Lund bugshield. Overall though I wouldn't hesitate to order another T&H in the future."

"As shipped, the grill brackets will not fit on the Highlander Hybrid. The manufacturer will send me a new set of brackets in two weeks after they arrive from overseas. I hope they do fit because shipping the grill back will be a bitch."

"I like the overall look and style. My only complaint is that the instruction are very vague. My only other is that the screws that are on the grille should already have caps applied. I think the caps should be installed and glued. They fell off and I did not notice and it scrathed up my fenders pretty bad."
