Description

Whether you’re motoring down the highway or zigzagging through a parking lot, your rig’s front end is open to all kinds of damage. Oblivious drivers and loose shopping carts can smack into your auto, sending you on an expensive trip to the body shop. Shield your ride from damage with an Aries Off Road Grille Guard.

Along with serious protection, an Aries Off Road Grille Guard steps up your truck or SUV’s style to new heights. Aries custom designs your Off Road Grille Guard to accentuate the factory lines. The built-in brush guards wrap around your headlights for extra security, and the pre-drilled light holes let you mount up an array of auxiliaries.

Your Aries Off Road Grille Guard is built tough right down to its core. It’s constructed from heavy-duty 1 1/2” tubing in either a solid 1-piece or a modular design. Thick rubber bump pads run down the center pillars, and you can choose from 2 finishes: polished stainless steel (Lifetime Warranty) or black powder-coated steel (3-year warranty).

Notes

  • Installation may require minor trimming of plastic shroud or bumper dam (depends on vehicle)

"I like the looks of the guard on my truck. Was disappointed that it initially arrived minus all the hardware. Was pleased how quickly hardware arrived after contacting AutoAnything. Was disapointed again when a few of the bolts were the wrong bolts for the installation and we ended up having to purchase them separately. Still...I like the look of the guard on my truck and would recommend it as I am sure I just had bad luck in the hardware dept...the installation would have taken just a few hours had everything been correct."

"The guard was fairly easy to install. Only issue was the center support bracket had the mounting screw holes on the wrong side. Needed to drill new ones. Also, the entire guard wobbles slightly on anything less than smooth roads. The guard is more for looks than use. If I did happen to hit a deer, it would fold like a tin can. Lastly, the bolts are silver, where the rest of the guard is black. They stick out like a sore thumb. I plan to paint them black to blend in."

"Well built, great looking brush guard. Intructions were pretty lame. Brackets that attach thru frame required some playing around with. A little over an hour to install, not bad, just a little annoying at times."

"When I recieved the Grille Guard I unpacked it to get to the directions and after reading them over and over I started the install. I decided to start by leaving my bumper on and after reading the directions many times again I started with my drummel tool and started a cutting away the grill to fit. well lets just say I should not have read the damn directions because they are wrong!!! And now I have a cut away part of my bumper that I did not need to cut out because the driver & the passanger side grille mounts are backwards on the directions. It will go much easier if you just throw the directions away and just take the bumper off and do the install....."

"Fairly easy to install with decent directions. Looks good and seems very sturdy. The only problem that I had was that there were parts (lock washers, self tapping screws) missing from the parts bag. I had to use some that I had on hand to complete the installation."

"Received the Grille quickly. The instructions were poor and there were some missing bolts. At this price, everything should be very smooth. The Grille looks great after an hour long installation and inclusion of missing bolts."
