The online support agent was awesome and quickly provided accurate answers to all of my questions about the use, product selection, installation and even provided a discount as he walked me thru the online purchase. My bar and accessories arrived as promised, quickly, and installed and looked as advertised. I bought the black bar that showed with a silver skid plate but what was delivered was all black (only reason not all 5s). I installed them and they look great - terrific buying experience.

my 07 Hemi QC 1500 doesnt have tow hooks so the only time consuming part is taking off the bumper valance piece at the very bottom..attaches firmly to the frame...too easy awesome bolt on upgrade.

Overall it makes my 04 Ranger look a lot better and more aggressive. The only problem I had was that the installation of the bar took a little modification to the mounting plate. just had to make the hole on the mounting plate a bit wider so that the bar would mount. Overall Im very pleased with it and even with having to make the little adjustment it was still easy to install.

Bought this last month and I absolutely love it. The installation was easy, it took two of us girls like a hr or so to do it and everything matched right up. Looks very nice and sporty!

Looks great! came in just a few days and went on in a timely manner. Actually, I have a Suzuki Equator which is a Nissan Frontier. Since you guys didn't have an order number for a Suzuki, I took a chance and ordered one that would fit a Frontier. It fit perfectly.

Does this just bolt up where the tow hooks are and can I keep my tow hooks?
Answered by Nathan S. — Apr 05, 2013 2:07 PM
Hi Robert, Unfortunately, the location where the tow hooks are currently bolted on is also the ideal spot for the bull bar.

I HAVE PURCHASED A 2011 FORD RANGER 4X4 SPORT EDITION AND WOULD LIKE TO BUY A BULL BAR FOR IT... FORD MAKES THE XLT MODEL AS WELL AS THE SPORT MODEL..APPARENTLY FORD TELLS ME THAT THERE IS 2 DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS AND THEY THINK THAT THE BUMPERS ARE SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT ......I BOUGHT THE TRUCK LAST MAY AND IT ONLY HAS 4000 KILOMETERS ON IT...I AM A FORMER PARTS MANAGER/SENIOR PARTSMAN AND AM PUZZLED WHY I CANNOT GET AN ANSWER ON THIS DILEMMA. WHY THE BULL BAR, FOR LOOKS AS WELL AS TO STRENGTHEN THE FRONT END FOR ANY COLLISIONS. IN THE PAST, I GOT HIT VERY HARD BY A IMPAIRED DRIVER ,TAKING THE BLOW ON THE FRONT OF MY VEHICLE CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO MY NECK, AS WELL AS CRUSHING MY CHEST..I AM ALSO A FATHER OF TWO GIRLS AND WANT THEM TO FEEL A LITTLE MORE SAFE KNOWING THAT THERE IS SOME EXTRA PROTECTION. MY VEHICLE IS MINT AND I WOULD LIKE A BULL BAR THAT FITS IT WELL AND SOMEWHAT EASY TO INSTALL...I WORK ON MY OWN VEHICLES AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT IN MINT SHAPE SO HOPEFULLY A BAR IS AVAILABLE.MY TRUCK IS WHITE WITH WITH BLACK TUBE BARS ON THE SIDE. NO CHROME....HOPEFULLY I CAN LOCATE A BAR THAT IS BLACK TO MATCH ALL THE BLACK ACCENTS ON MY VEHICLE BUT IF THERE ISN'T I WOULD SERIOUSLY LOOK AT STAINLESS STEEL. I ALSO AM LOOKING FOR DRIVING LIGHTS AS WELL ....THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.....

I didn't think that there was much difference from the 2011 to the 2012 tacoma. Will this fit the 2012? Because there doesn't seem to be any on the website for a 2012 so I am hoping this one will fit.
