And, because Steelcraft knows what truck and SUV drivers want, they outfitted these bull bars with pre-drilled holes for auxiliary lights, plus made installation a cinch—no drilling required.

08 Honda Ridgeline

"Removing the plastic cover under the engine is not easy. Instruction needs to be more clear. There are some cutting required on the plastic cover under the engine because of the new brackets and cutting pattern is not accurate on the instruction manual. Need to purchase 1 bolt because the original bolt is too short after bracket is installed. Expect to spend 1-2 hrs for installation. I give overall product B+ because of bad instruction manual."

"Fit perfectly on my 2007 F150, all I had to do was remove the tow hooks. Able to do it 90% by myself, just needed my wife to hold in place while I tightened everything up."

Bull Bar for lights

Posted on 10/26/2009 by Kevin K. (Kunkletown,PA)

"I bought this bar so that I can put some PIAA lights on my trunk. I bought the lights years ago and never been able to use because I couldn't find a bar that the lights would fit in. This one did the trick, these lights are big and they fit in nicely."

"standout from the rest".

Posted on 09/19/2009 by Yuki F. - 2006 Dodge Ram (Gardena,CA)

"The bars makes my ram truck standout from the rest. I don't fear getting close to poles or other obstructions. Installation was a little difficult if you don't have good size braker bars to loosen and tighten the nuts and bolts. Came well packaged, took about three weeks for delivery. I would recommend them to everyone. Yuki."

"Fairly easy to install. Welds on the polished areas are good, however, the welds for the mounting brackets look very rough. FYI-to install on my Tacoma required a 14mm and a 16mm deep socket."

An Excellent Alternative to the Expensive Bull Bars

Posted on 05/06/2009 by John S. - 2009 Ford F150 (Marshall,TX)

19 of 23 people found the following review helpful.

"The Steelcraft Bull Bar was in very good condition when it arrived. Aside from the time it took to ramp the truck and to unbolt the tow hooks, it was a charm to bolt on the Bull Bar assembly. This black Bull Bar, in my opinion, is worth the price for such a very excellent and valuable product. I love it because the truck now exudes a powerful stance."
