cheap, mounting brackets too flimsy, the whole thing bounces on moderately rough road, you can grab the top of the bar and move the whole thing ,mfg knows about the problem, been waiting a week to see if they can fix it. will return. h

Nice bar. Needs two people to install. Had to remove tow hooks. You have to trim the plastic where the tow pass through. Looks great when all done. Call Steelcraft they recommend that you install 4" lights.

Installed the Steelcraft Bull Bar on my Silverado bling it out a bit, and it did exactly that. Fit is nice, the polished Stainless steel really compliments the summit white color of the truck. Did not need to modify the cowling to install, but it was a little challenging to tighten the bolts for the bar mounts. All in all the installation was pretty smooth and simple. I would recommend them to anyone.

My Silverado didn't have tow hooks, no opening in valance, had to cut plastic, instructions little obscure on orientation of mounting brackets.NO ROOM to tighten bolts to mount bar to mounting brackets, had to fabricate a 45 degree angle open end wrench to tighten them.Otherwise nice finish, fairly sturdy. If you reach your hand through the skid plate you WILL cut yourself, there are many sharp edges!!

The Steelcraft Bull Bar that I installed looks great. Changed the entire look of my new truck. It was very easy to put on, it took about 45 minutes. With a little help could be done quicker. I would recommend this bull bar to anyone looking to install one on there vehicle.

The bar does look great; however, the bullbar only allows the use of 3 bolts.
