The Bull Bar instructions are a little hard to understand but once you try the brackets and see how they go it goes easy from there. I would recommend not taking off the valance until you fit the bracket, I did not need to remove mine. The other thing I found that the bolts were a different size then noted on the diagram. However, with that said installation was a breeze taking a little over an hour. Looks great maybe a light kit option in the future.

Arrived well wrapped and all hardware included. The mounting brackets had to be grinded down about a 1/8 inch on both brackets but that took all of ten minutes with the bench grinder. Once it was trimmed it mounted with ease. Took a little effort to mount the bar to the bracket only because I could have used an extra pair of hands, but otherwise fairly simple. Only took about a total of a half hour to install and looks really good. Mounted on a 2008 Dodge Ram 4.7 liter.

Instructions a bit confussing but it still was well worth it. Well worth the money and the only one that has a license plate relocation bracket you can buy. Others do not offer this bracket.

Have installed many of these before so there were no surprises. Was impressed w/the mounting brackets (beefy) but the actual bar itself was lighter duty than I'd like to see. Overall it was good for the $, now we'll see how it holds up to our climate up here.

first - installation - I was expecting this to be a bit fiddly, but actually it was trivial (Ram 1500). There are two good sized brackets that mount to the frame under the truck. Note that the instructions suggest removing the skirt under the fender - I did not need to do this, and looking at the location for the bolts it would look to be a pain to do so. In fact I didn't need to remove or cut the skirt at all. The Bar mount points are pressing on the skirt, but not deforming it. Other reviews suggest mounting these is a 2-person job. I personally found it trivial with one. Fit & finish - I have been running with these for a few weeks now, so obviously they have not experienced mush adverse weather or wear - time will tell. However the chroming on the bars themselves do look very good. Welds are all nicely executed & ground afterwards, and the plating on the bottom is a decent quality. watch for sharp edges where the holes are cut though, I went over mind quickly with a small file when I was done. Definitely a good buy.

We purchased both a bully bar and chrome grill, which were both installed at the same time. They gave the vehicle a unique look, which left us very satisfied.

The bars makes my ram truck standout from the rest. I don't fear getting close to poles or other obstructions. Installation was a little difficult if you don't have good size braker bars to loosen and tighten the nuts and bolts. Came well packaged, took about three weeks for delivery. I would recommend them to everyone. Yuki.
