A one piece unit. Parts clearly labeled and installation took about 90 minutes by myself. Well designed and pretty easy to install. There are some tight spots to get in to when bolting the guard to the brackets behind the truck grille. Looks great on the truck. I am not sure how heavy duty it is if I collide with a large animal, but it is better than no protection at all. On the Tundra you will have to swing out the top in order to open the hood and close the hood. Simple enough with the quick release bolts. I am very happy with the purchase and with the way it looks on the truck.

This grille guard looks good and two people were able to easily install it. A couple of the bolts were a little tricky to tighten, but we did finally reach them. It is kind of hard to get to the motor, but having the quick release is a help.
