All hardware was in the shipping box, didn't have to go buy extra stuff. Installation was easy. One person can do it up to the point of installing the actual Bull Bar. You will need two people to tighten the hardware behind the skid plate (you can remove and reintall it if you want). Since I was looking at various bull bars, I did my research. On some instructions, they mention there is a plastic guard over the factory holes you will need to remove. My Nitro did not have any so it was fairly easy. If you get the directions and can't determine where the factory holes are. Google the following: Dodge Nitro Westin Bull Bar Installation, and you'll come to a forum that the person who posted the information took pictures of the factory holes. It made it easier for me. Once installed, the top portion of the bull bar does flex back and forth but I have no issues with it. I've read on other discussion threads that people were displeased with that."
