Top Grill Guard (GG)supports (mount just under the hood) are too light and should be made of a heavier gage like 6 or 8 instead of 18 or 20. The frame mounted supports and GG slots did not line up easily and the washers were so large that only two would work and a third wouldn't fit adjacent to the others. I had to supply 4 of my own to complete the installation. The top supports and holes in the GG top cross bar were not lined up well and installing the bolts was very difficult. The instructions neglected to mention that the horns were in the way of placing the nut-strap (nut is welded to a metal bar) to fit up into the channel iron. This was the most frustrating part of the installation, resulting in numerous attempts to thread the bolt into the nut without dropping the nut strap. This caused the rating to decline significantly. The Aries GG I installed this fall on my '06 Tacoma was far far easier to complete, and in less than an hour by myself.
