It took 1/2 hour to install the bull bar on my 2003 Dakota.It took 2 hours to get the protective white film off of the skid plate. After a frustrating hour on my back on the driveway cursing away, I removed the bar to make it easier to continue picking off the film with my fingernail for another hour while upright. I then installed the bar a second time. It looks great, but getting that film off was way way to difficult. I recommend removing that film BEFORE installation. I had left it on to avoid scratches during install time. A hint for the instructions Westin! The price was terrific, and delivery was free and the bar showed up in 48 hours. The product as a whole is of excellent quality.Thick steel, heavy chrome,solid design.The attachment holes didnt quite lineup as good as they should have. I needed to ream the holes a bit to get proper alignment.If you have forward facing sonar on your Nissan Armada, you will need to relocate the two middle units to another location to use them. The bull bar will cover them.That is why I dinged the installation. If the company would have just built the unit two inches wider in each direction this would not be an issue.Other than that this product looks great on the Nissan Armada, and the chrome undersheild really enhances the chrome accents of the truck.

The 2008 Ford Super Duty has a distinctive chrome grille which you don't want to cover up with something like a grille guard, but if you want to dress up the front end and complement the grille, then get an Aries Bull Bar. The bar and mounting brackets are all stainless steel.The installation of the Bull Bar is as simple as the instructions indicate. Basically you'll need to remove two bolts from either side of the front bumper, place the two supplied stainless steel brackets where the bolts were, then re-insert the two bolts on either side. The Bull Bar then attaches to the two brackets using supplied nuts, washers and bolts. Total time is around 10 minutes.

Smittybilt has a good solid affordable product which i am extremely happy with. I wanted a product to put on my new truck to protect my bumper and grille area. The welds and powdercoat and precision bends to match up to my truck frame are the best. I painted the black powdercoat and waxed and mounted to the truck. As i just had the vehicle Ziebarted in Syracuse, New York my main concern was the removal and reinstallation of 4 bolts/nuts and the rustproofing of that area because the seal had to be broken to install the bar. I did respray that area and the mounting tabs of the bullybar as that always seems to be the immediate area that these bars do begin thier first stages of rusting. Again,Mike likes Smittybilt!

I had to wait a month for the bumper due to it being out of stock but finally received it in perfect condition. Definitely worth the wait! ARB itself packed the bumper very well. They didn't forget even one little washer. The instructions lack a lot but one can figure it out with some thinking. It mounts great, is very solid and light. Very high quality all around. I purchased it for the reason of deer protection while on the road at night. All in all, great bumper from ARB and great service from AutoAnything.
