Whenever you're browsing our site, there is a virtual shopping cart at your disposal to hold your purchases. When you find an item you want to purchase, click the orange "Add To Cart" button on the product detail page. Every time you add something to your cart, you will be taken to a page with an itemized list of what's in your shopping cart.
To delete an item, simply click on the trash can button next to the product. The item is instantly removed from your shopping cart.
Once you've added something to your shopping cart, it remains there unless you remove it by clicking on the trash can button, even if you hit the "back" button on your web browser.
To continue shopping after adding an item to your cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button below the product list and you'll return to the product page you were just on, or to the home page. If at any time you wish to view the contents of your shopping cart in detail, click the "View Cart" link in the top right of every page.
Coupons, discounts or promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Only one coupon, discount or promo code can be applied to each order.
If you are done shopping and want to purchase your items, enter the Shopping Cart page. From your cart, click the orange button on the right hand side of the page labeled "Proceed to Checkout".
The first step in checkout is to enter your information. You can either sign-up as a new customer, or log in as a returning customer.
The next step will be to enter a billing and shipping address (they can be the same or different). You will also enter your credit card information here. Click the orange button labeled "Continue Checkout". See information on other payment methods.
When you're done entering all the correct info and ready to pay, check all the details carefully and click "Place Order" to complete the sale.
You can change your order and information at anytime until you hit the orange "Place Order" button. If you need to correct something and have already hit "Place Order", please edit your order from the Order Status Page. More details on changing or canceling an order
After you click "Place Order", your receipt will appear on the screen for you to print out. We will also email you a copy to the email address you provided.
AutoAnything accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for orders.
At checkout, provide your exact billing address and telephone number in the spaces provided. Be sure to use the address and phone number on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
As part of our credit card policy, AutoAnything never bills for credit card service fees.

Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to California and Ohio. The sales tax rate is determined by your zip code and product type. It is automatically calculated at checkout and will be reflected on your order before it is placed.
AutoAnything will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Please fax us a copy of your tax exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address to 1-858-569-8503. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.
If you have not yet hit the "Place Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products instantly - all before entering your purchasing information.
If your order has not been placed with the manufacturer, you may be able to change your order after you have hit the "Place Order" button. To do so, click on the Order Status and enter or create your password. Once in Order Status, select your order and then cancel the item(s) you wish to remove using the "Cancel Items" button located on the right side of the screen.
When you see "Cancelled" in the Status section, your order has been cancelled and you will not be charged for the items.
If you have hit the Cancel button and you do not see "Cancelled" in the Status section, your order has already been processed and submitted to our manufacturer/fulfillment center. An automatic email will be sent to our Cancellation Department Manager who will attempt to cancel your order by contacting the fulfillment center/manufacturer directly. You'll receive a confirmation email for your cancellation request automatically when it is submitted, and then another email within 48 hours letting you know if we were able to process the request.
There is no need to contact us additionally-you'll be notified by email or telephone within 48 business hours once the cancellation is complete.
**Contacting us again by phone or email during this 48-hour period will slow our ability to process your cancellation. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the U.S. at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.
At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note on for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).
For your convenience, all items are shipped without pricing printed on the invoice. Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping service or gift cards/messages with orders.
