Order Tracking Numbers

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your package(s) from the factory to your door. You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "shipping status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date. A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being custom-made for your vehicle, or if the direct-ship manufacturer for your item does not provide tracking numbers.

Changing/ Canceling an Order

If you have not yet hit the "Place Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products instantly - all before entering your purchasing information.

After your order has been placed

If your order has not been placed with the manufacturer, you may be able to change your order after you have hit the "Place Order" button. To do so, click on the Order Status and enter or create your password. Once in Order Status, select your order and then cancel the item(s) you wish to remove using the "Cancel Items" button located on the right side of the screen. When you see "Cancelled" in the Status section, your order has been cancelled and you will not be charged for the items.

Cancelling a processed order

If you have hit the Cancel button and you do not see "Cancelled" in the Status section, your order has already been processed and submitted to our manufacturer/fulfillment center. An automatic email will be sent to our Cancellation Department Manager who will attempt to cancel your order by contacting the fulfillment center/manufacturer directly. You'll receive a confirmation email for your cancellation request automatically it is submitted, and then another email within 48 hours once your order has been cancelled. There is no need to contact us additionally-you'll be notified by email or telephone within 48 business hours once the cancellation is complete. **Contacting us again by phone or email during this 48-hour period will slow our ability to process your cancellation. Has my order shipped?

Finding out if your order has shipped is easy! All you have to do is check the Order Status Page . Enter your email address and password to see if your order has shipped; or, use your order number instead of your password. Our order status page will also show your order tracking number(s), if available. Forgot your password? No problem! Just click the password link on the order status page, enter your email address, and we'll send your password to that address within 10 minutes.

How do I track my order?

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Most AutoAnything orders are assigned a tracking number when the item(s) ship from the manufacturer. When a tracking number becomes available, we'll email it to you within 24 hours of the item leaving the fulfillment center. A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being custom-manufactured for your vehicle, or if the direct-ship vendor for your item does not provide tracking numbers.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Because our products ship from different warehouses, shipping times may differ from state to state. The estimated time for your item to leave the warehouse is listed directly below price of each individual product, and is available on the Order Status Page . Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

How do I retrieve my password?

To retrieve your password, simply click here, and enter the email address you gave when you placed your order. We'll email your password to your address within 10 minutes.
