"THE CABLE TO UNLATCH THE UNIT SHOULD BE REDESIGNED THE CABLE HAS A TENDENCY TO OPEN UP WHERE IT IS CRIMPED I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY LAST UNIT I BOUGHT BUT THAT ONE LASTED LONGER THIS ONE ONLY LASTED FOR 2 DAYS IT IS EASY TO REPAIR BUT IT SHOULD NOT COME APART THAT EASY. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS THE BEST LOOKING TAILGATE ON THE ROAD I ALWAYS GET A NICE REMARK FROM PEOPLE WHO SEE IT"

"It took special tools to remove the factory installed latch pins which only required the removal of an outer plastic sheathing for the new tailgate. The factory installed limit straps are not useable with the new tailgate. For the price I would expect a perfect install."

"As a woman driving an F250 diesel, I am probably a little more concerned about the appearance of the tailgate than the average man. I had a dented, scraped & battered regular tailgate before, & the Air Flow tailgate is very sharp looking! I think it is a good value too. I haul a 4 horse trailer with my truck, the tailgate has made it easier to hook up the gooseneck for me. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you"

"i had another friend of mine who bought this same tailgate both of us are very pleased with the product. i am also very happy with the service i recieved when purchasing, the delivery was on time and to my door, i thought that because it would have to go through customs at the border that it would delay the parcel but it did not. thank you."
