Forget about permanent spray-on liners and weak drop-ins. The BedRug Truck Bed Liner is your best bet for versatile truck bed protection.
Innovative and unique, the BedRug Truck Bed Liner gives you the look and comfort of carpet, in an ultra-tough 100% polypropylene (essentially plastic) product. It has the soft, non-skid top to handle fragile loads, which also makes a great seat for tailgating. And, the material is all durable plastic, which means you can also handle the heaviest, nastiest loads without reservation. Not to mention the sharp look of a custom carpeted bed.
Installing the BedRug is a simple DIY project. No messy paint drips like roll-on liners; no clumsy prying to fit into place like drop-in liners. And, cleaning is easy with either a vacuum or a pressure washer. Plus, your BedRug is covered by a Lifetime Warranty.
The toughness of plastic and the look and feel of carpet, all without the hassles of a standard bed liner. Treat your truck to the BedRug today.

Great looking product! The somewhat misleading nstructions were the only obstacle to a 5 star rating across the board. They referenced a couple of things that weren't relevant, which causes the reader to waste time wondering if they've missed something. My experience with AutoAnything was top notch. They are now my go to place for my F-150 goodies.

I like the BedRug it fits great, seems well made. The instructions are not good. Go to the internet and watch installation videos, its really easy to put in. I think a couple more pieces of Velcro for the tailgate would make the fit much better, the sides seem to lift up in the sun.

It's a nice product but it seems the sides on mine were trimmed short leaving exposed bed all along the upper perimeter of the bed. Although its supposed to be molded for the truck it does not exactly conform to the wheel wells. Overall it's a good compromise between a plastic bed liner and a spray in liner.

I have owned several Toyota trucks and they have all had BedRjug liners. They are a nice edition to any truck, and are much easier on your truck than a plastic liner. I always had to tie everything down with a regular factory plastic bed liner, as they have a tendency to allow everything to slide everywhere. I really like the BedRugs and would recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their truck.

If you have a dirty load (dirt?) and you pressure-wash to clean the BedRug, does the dirt/dust get under the sidewalls, making cleaning more of a chore?? Is it necessary to take out the 'floor' liner to clean underneath it if very dirty loads were carried?? Lastly, how well/quick does it dry out? Thanks!!

The question would be does the bedrug prevent skidding of materials inside the bed when stopping quickly, like say a rubber mat or Line-X spray on liners?

My 2012 box I believe is 6/4 not 6/5 .I have welded hold loops what model do I need ?
Answered by Anonymous — Mar 29, 2013 9:35 AM
I installed in a Tundra 6.5ft bed with a couple welded hold loops in addition to the bed extender (which mounts to the side of the bed). Simply cut a small slit at the appropriate spot for the loops (my bed rug had marks to show where) and it will fit right over the loops with the loops protruding through. Carpet is very tough so it will not continue to split at the cuts. Regarding the size, I would not sweat the inch, there is enough space in the truck bed to "fake it out" if it does come in the 6/4 size to begin with. Mine seemed to be made exactly for the model Tundra I had, am guessing yours will be made exactly for your truck model too??

I have a 2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD with 8 foot bed. Your sub-model menu list my truck with and with out a cargo management system. What is that? Is it the tie down loops on the inside side of the bed?
Answered by Nathan S. — Aug 08, 2012 2:03 PM
Great question William! A cargo management system will be a set of rails inside of the bed with sliding anchor points. A good example would be Toyota's factory cargo management system. These systems can cause fitment issues with bed liners due to the rails simply being in the way and tonneau covers because they can prevent access to the underside of the bed rails for the clamps to latch onto. The small loops towards the bottom of the bed tend to be a standard feature for most manufacturers and should not be a problem. You chose a great product in the BedRug and will love its rugged construction and great looks.

Hello Marcus. The Bed Rug comes with the tailgate cover, yes. Thank you for your question.

Hello. The BedRug will fit snugly inside the cargo area of the van without any issue as it is designed specifically for the 2012 Ford Transit Connect.

Which bed rug fits my 2012 Ram and what are the different kinds of things the bed rugs are made out of?
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jun 15, 2012 3:36 PM
Hello We can get both the Bedrug and well and the BedTred Pro for the 2012 Ram short box crew cab without the Rambox. The Bedrug is a carpeted material, while the BedTred is a hardened textured plastic, but both are anti-skid materials to keep items from sliding around in the bed. Thank you.

Does anyone have any knowledge on whether or not blood stains from a deer would come out of a Bed Rug liner?
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jun 15, 2012 1:55 PM
Hey, I gave Bed Rug a call and they said that it is stain resistant to animal blood but to make sure and hit the blood stains with a hose the same day and not to let them sit.

From time to time, I need to remove the tailgate to my truck in order to load a pallet or other things into the bed. I see that the BedRug covers the tailgate, but is the tailgate still able to be removed from the truck?

How long will it take to dry out after rain?
Answered by Michael K. — Apr 23, 2012 1:42 PM
Hi Steve, that of course depends on the weather, the temperature, etc. But, the closed cell foam floor does not absorb water, and any water runs off the fiber surface, or through the alloy zipper and out your truck bed's drain holes.

I am concerned about the top of my tailgate - does this product cover it or is that something I have to purchase additionally?
Answered by Michael K. — Apr 16, 2012 1:24 PM
Hi Ruth, the BedRug does not cover the top of the tailgate, for that, you need a tailgate cap. Check out our selection of Tailgate Caps right here.

I know you can hose it out and such but is this made to be used with a tonneau cover when bad weather rolls in or is it made so you can use it without a bed cover/cap year round???
Answered by Michael K. — Apr 03, 2012 5:54 PM
Hi Joshua, it's made to work just like a traditional bed liner, so no need to keep it covered from the weather. Of course, it also works with tonneau cover, but it's certainly not required.

Can I lower the midgate to extend my cargo space?
Answered by Aaa A. — Apr 28, 2012 5:52 PM
Dude, Congrads on the Avalanche, I too own a 2011 Avalanche. Just put a Bedrug in last month. Fits good, looks good, I like it, a little pricey, took me and a friend about an hour to install. Be careful with adhesive promoter, use sparingly, they give you very little. (have heard about this problem from other Avalanche owners), you could run short. And YES, the midgate still works, does not interfere with it's operation.

I have an 07 Silverado 1500HD that has a spray in liner. Can bedrug be put on top of that, and if so, what steps need to be taken to ensure proper fit and installation? Thanks.

I put a bedrug in my 2003 Ford lightning that has a Line-X spray in liner and you install it the same way as if it had no liner. No special steps need to be taken.

Can bedrug be installed over an existing drop in bedliner?
Answered by Anonymous — Feb 21, 2012 9:33 PM
No. why put a bed liner on a bed liner? The Bedrug is designed to fit perfectly on your existing bed contours. Putting it on top of an existing liner would make it too tall.

can water penetrate rug, remain there, and create mold?
Answered by Andrew B. — Nov 01, 2010 3:39 PM Dodge Ram
As long as you have a tight seal, and install it correctly, water won't penetrate.
flagAnswered by Anonymous — Feb 21, 2012 9:34 PM
It works best with a bed cover which prevents water from entering your bed. Its made of non absorbent material which will dry quickly depending on your climate.
