"Not only is it well made, but it is a 2-in-1 item. It extends your bed for large purchases to avoid sliding out and it flips into the bed to coral smaller purchases sliding around in the bed. It was the best father's day present!"

cool bed extender

"took awhile to put together, but it was well worth it as it looks beautiful and all came together with no problems at all. I had to drill holes in my bed liner to mount the side brackets, but that also came out terrific. Strongly recommend the product. It works and looks great. I also bought some double sided velcro to hold the straps to the extender when not in use, so it did not make noise. Very happy with the product"

Great item, hard to build

"I like my bed extender, but it took me a long time to put the unit together. The instructions were not very clear, and some of the screws and bolts did not quite fit. A couple of trips to the local ACE Hardware store, and it was fixed. Still not sure it fits my Tacoma properly, and I am not sure I would go with another Westin product."

A little tricky..

"IT took me about 2 hours to put this together and get it installed. The pictures in the instructions are slightly confusing, and my bed liner gave me some hassle. Once I got the holes in the bed liner the trickiest part was the brackets but after some trial and error I got it in and it looks great. It goes in and comes out easy and I am really looking forward to using it. I would reccomedn it but make sure you have some time and you have a size 20 torx and 6mm hex."

"A very well engineered product. Took a little time to put together. Not hard Just time consuming. I love it, the black one looks good in my SVT LIghtning. Its a nice touch for my truck!!!! No Regrets, would highly reccommend to anyone!!!"

"The product is great & fit into my Toyota Tacoma perfectly, it's real easy to install & I love it. When they sent me the product, it's lost. But AutoAnything sent me a replacement 2 days after I call them. Very responsive & responsible company! That's "REAL" customer service. No doubt to recommend to my friends & I will buy stuff from AutoAnything again for sure."

"THIS IS MY 2ND WESTINE XTENDER. THIS IS ONE OF THE USEFUL ADDITIONS THAT YOU CAN ADD TO A PICK UP. ALLOWS A QUAD TO FIT IN THE BACK WITH NO PROBLEMS AND ALSO ALLOWS YOU TO PLACE GROCERIES AND SMALL ITEM IN THE BED WITHOUT SLIDING ALL OVER. THIS IS THE 1ST TIME THAT I PURCHASED FROM AUTOANYTHING. VERY SMOOTH AND VERY FAST. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN."

"Bought for 2006 F-150 Crew Cab. Really does a great job of making more out of the 5.5 ft. bed space. Instructions a bit vague but with a little effort, puts together pretty easily. Install to truck very easy. Overall, great product. Would recommend to anyone looking to gain a little more out of he 5.5 ft. space."

Westin Bed Xtender for a 2006 Toyota Tundra

"The bed extender is a sturdy, well made product. I plan to use it as a cargo coral under a tonneau cover and for that purpose it works extremely well. Assembly would be a lot easier with larger, clearer diagrams, but with a little trial and error it can be done by anybody with a torx screwdriver. The only problem I had was the spool pieces on the bed extender tie-down straps were too large for the tailgate latch on the Tundra, but since I don’t plan to use it in that configuration it doesn’t matter."

Bed Extender for 2005 F150

"I just installed my bed extender on my 2005 F150 Super Crew. The assembly was pretty easy, EXCEPT for the moron who included Torx screws. Fine for Mfg, but how many people at home have that kind of driver. I even had one, but only for my power drill. That was too big to use for access to the screws. One last thing, I have a BAK pickup cover and to install this, I had to install 1" of spacers on the drivers side and 1/2" of spacers on the passengers side!"

"This is an excellent product ! Design, fit, and finish are great ! The ONLY compliant (minor) would be the install instructions, alittle "murky". Having said that, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Westin product."
