"Very nice hitch. The lock system is a little tricky. I installed mine and thought is was locked and secured. It fell off and I lost it in two days. Replacement lock was expensive."

"I have an 09 Tacoma Pre-Runner with the factory installed tow package. Unfortunately the bolt that secures the ball mount to the hitch is too short for the lock to be installed. I'm going to follow-up with the company and see if they can supply a slightly longer bolt."

"Great product, solves all the problems with the clunk that is generated from the hitch to reciver price is fair for an improvement to a problem that has been around sence the begining of tounge towing, the only down fall is that I wish I had thought of it."

"For years I have been towing a trailer living with the creaking and banging with every start and stop. I assumed the sloppy fit of a standard drawbar was necessary for easy installation and removal. No way; Quietride eliminated all the noise and sloppy fit with an elegant solution. Nicely finished in grey paint (I would have purchased the polished aluminum had I known it was available) the "golden wedge" attached to one of the corners is spring loaded to snug the drawbar into the receiver. Then all one needs to do is tighten the included threaded locking hitch pin and away you go. The best drawbar I have ever used. If you tow with an SUV like I do the silence in the cabin is "golden!" Nice job Quietride; highly recommended."

"Put this ball mount on and hauled a 4000lb trailer from Tacoma WA to Fairfield Ca and didnt hear a thing from the hitch. I was pulling at about 65mph to 70mph and had very little if any trailer sway. Very pleased."
