My adapter did not come with the bracket or screws, i had to make up one to work. it would have been much easier to install with those parts.

The adapter appears to be a solid piece of equipment that will last a long time. But the instructions are lacking. If you're new to installing a hitch or RV wiring, know that this adapter doesn't come with wire or fuse/breaker needed to connect the 12V power supply, which is used for maintaining RV battery charge on the road. While not necessary to operate turn signal and brake lights, the 12V supply is a pretty basic capability, and it is not well explained here.

I'm a design engineer and was immediately impressed with the design and quality of this wiring adapter. I would expect this item to cost more than I paid for it. I highly recommend this.

My truck already has a 4-way flat, so this made the installation easier and cleaner. Splicing into wires is a necessary evil at times and this avoids that unpleasantness. The bracket needed a small bend to allow the door to open all the way so the plug-in will fit. This is the one with the LED lights that indicate which pins are working, but I wish I had purchased a separate tester instead. One LED light always stays on. Battery drain isn't a concern, but unnecessarily attracting attention is.

After researching my 2005 Ford F150 existing wiring, this curt trailing wiring adapter was the best suited to complete my trailer wiring. It was simple to install and works like a charm. I did have to purchase an additional bracket to complete the installation but overall the instructions on the videos supplied by Auto Anything and some available on line, it turned out to be an A+ product. Thank you Auto Anything and I look forward to purchasing more from you.
