Keep heavy loads securely in place with the Core Cargo Bar. Now, you can haul most any cargo without fear of tipping, sliding or losing it altogether. The Cargo Bar quickly adjusts to the width of your cargo area and harnesses your vehicle's rigidity to keep a steadfast grip on plus-size payload.
The Cargo Bar is fast and easy to use. Just position the heavy-duty steel bar between your bedsides, ratchet tight and lock in place. Your cargo is safe, secure and ready for transport. And, when it's time to unload, the bar comes out as quickly and easily as it went in.
Extending from 40" to 70", the Cargo Bar fits most vans, trucks and SUVs. Rubber-coated feet provide super-stability and prevent the bar from slipping or marring your vehicle's finish. The durable powder-coating, rubber-covered handle and steel construction ensure loads of cargo-clenching service. What's more, Core backs your Cargo Bar with a 1-year warranty.

The bar is well made and substantial. This was a very fair price considering the quality and ease of use. I'd say the smaller size is about right for a 2005+ Tacoma like mine. I use it to hold two large storage tubs against the tailgate: I can now carry smaller stuff in the bed..yay.

Bought it for my pickup and it is great for lighter loads. Then realized it will be perfect for the storage compartment of my camper. So that's where it now lives. I'll be ordering another but will go with the heavier duty

I've used this twice since my purchase a few weeks ago. I like the ratchet feature. That makes it easy to install the bar. I live on the Atlantic Coast a block from the beach. I don't think this will survive the salt air if left in the truck bed. It does fit under the rear seat of my F150 so I can keep it out of the weather when I'm not using it. Over all this is a winner.

If you drive off road in rugged terrain this Core Cargo Bar is a must to secure your loads for your pick up or SUV. Quick and easy to install, adjust and / or release, while the protective rubber covered non-slip pads secure without marring your interior or finish.

Bought it for my truck bed but use it in my SUV too. Ratcheting system was a little quirky till I got used to it. Nice thing about this product is that it is easily stows under the rear seat of my truck when it is retracted all the way back instead of having to leave it in the bed out in the elements.

I have had a competitive cargo bar for 6 years. It one that simply adjusts by turning one part of the bar, one direction to release it and turn it the other direction to secure the bar. Very easy to use it any where in the 6 ft. truck bed. To use your bar in the middle of the truck bed you can not reach the adjustment lever from either side of the truck body. You would have to crawl into the bed to adjust your bar. At 80 years I like to avoid that task. So you asked for a report and I gave you one.
