The rubber hinge was hard getting into place. Watch for sharp areas. The ramp floors aren't as heavy duty as I thought. They bow/bend even when loading a push mower. Other than that, it serves its purpose.

Easy to use and store. It was a little shorter than I expected. It makes the ramp a little steep. Should have gotten the longer one but it works great if the load going up is not too heavy. Quality was good maybe a little heavier gauge would have provided more stability.

Typically, I would say Lund and the products that I have purchased are of good quality. This ramp is cheap! The welds look like something the local middle school shop teacher let the kids work on. It was still dirty from the welding process. The straps provided to keep the ramp from slipping are worthless. Weight distribution has me terrified! I weigh 200 lbs and walked up the ramps into the back of the truck. They popped, bowed and scared me to death. Do not even consider "capacity"!!!

the only bad was...when putting the rubber hinges in. They were a pain in the butt. Other than that, a great purchase.

Overall ease of assembly wasn't too bad. A little lubrication helps the rubber "hinges" slip in easier. The straps still have me confused. The diagram in the instruction manual is confusing and not easy to figure out. I still don't think I have the straps installed correctly, but it works for as little as I intend to use the ramps (to load and unload a snowblower from my pickup). The quality of workmanship on the ramps is outstanding. They're not too bulky to carry around, and look nice. A sharper, or more flatly angled end (where they touch the ground) would be helpful, as the little "hump" takes a little extra effort to get over. Other than the complicated straps, this is a good buy. Lund really needs to rethink the strap issue, though.

This is the third set of Lund loading ramps I have purchased for my LLC. All have been outstanding in quality and value. I wouldn't buy any other brand.
