Overall a good looking item,It gets you up to top of car. The step area could be bigger for more secure footing.Since it folds up a larger area could be a seat.

hangs to low to the ground

We cannot leave the hitch-step on the car when we are home as it scrapes on the cement as we enter our steep driveway :-(

The Pros, I like the fact that the step doesn't have any graphic art, a plain, clean step is all I wanted. The Cons, I noted in "Feedback" that some Steps did not align with the hole in the receiver, that was my experience as well. But any machine shop can take care of that and it only cost me $5 to take care of the issue. I'm satisfied with the outcome and the look. By the way, I advise getting a locking pin. My not having one is how I lost the first Step I had to theft.

Best step ever

Wanted an easy was to retrieve items in the truck bed and this is perfect. Textured surface reduces slipping and when not in use it can be folded up so you don't hit your shins walking behind the vehicle.

It is built well and is solid. It works well. The only grip is it did not fit the hitch real good and I had to make some rubber spacers between it and the hitch to keep it tight in the hole and to keep it from rattling.

The step looks nice but is very loose when it is put into the receiver. Can't use it the way it is. I would not recommend it.
