This bedxtender is so light and easy to handle. I am 72 years old and can maneuver it with no problem at all.

Install went smooth on my '16 Colorado Z71 short bed (with a little reverse engineering). It was suggested I get the quick latch mounting bracket kit since I had the Fold-a-Cover tonneau, but the template for them wasn't in the package. Since the holes on the original latch matched the ones on the quick latch, I drilled out the rivets holding the original latch to the bracket and riveted the quick latch in its place. Works great.

Good looking Bed Step and well made looks great when you get installed. First of all the common guy will have a hard time installing this himself. First thing you have to have is a 17/32 drill bit you will have to order one because your local Lowes or Homedepot won't have it in stock. The cost is between 25.00 and 30.00 dollars. Next you most likely will need a right angle drill which most guys don't have to drill into frame real tight quarters on my 2016 Silverado crew cab.
