My only complaint was that there were no installation instructions included (primarily needed to know what size drill bit to use.) It may have been self-explanatory for most people, but I'm not one to start drilling holes in my truck without some direction. However, the very helpful and professional staff at Autoanything emailed me the instructions promptly.

I had a dee zee in my last truck, but forgot to take the tailgate matt part for my new vehicle. ProMaxx was the only one I could get, but upon receiving it was happy with the purchase. It looks good and its really quite thick. I think it will hold up well for me.

High quality and fits great, serves it's purpose well. I have installed several tailgate mats and this is one of the best qualities I've seen. Highly reccomend to anyone wanting better protection and slip resistance on thier tail gate.

The tailgate mat arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Heavy duty rubber material. Very easy to install on the tailgate. All the screws were provided. It took about 10 minutes to install. The screws are self-tapping so all you need to use is the screws provided in the packaging.

There was no information provided on whether the thick or thin end go up or down. Plus the factory holes didn't line up with the rib on the tailgate so I had to align the mat myself and drill different holes. Gary
