Once installed, the vehicle ran great on initial start with no misfire codes. I was worried because they don't have an audible or tactile verification that they fully engaged the spark plug but they did. I installed these to correct a misfire condition and so far, so good.

I decided to replace the stock coils after 86000 miles to see if I could get a little more out of my 5.4L and it worked out great. The throttle response is greatly improved and the mid rpm flat spot is just gone. Definitely worth it.

It took me about 45 minutes to put them in my truck and they brought my truck back to life and then some. I smoke the Chevy 5.3 litres and beat the 5.7 litres. I keep up with the hemi and the 6.2 fords cant beat th price either I get a discount at the parts store and they want 50 dollars a coil and i got all eight for under 250

i purchased the new coils for my 2008 ford f150 2wd truck 5.4 liter . it had the orgional ford coils still working but since it had 88,000 miles on it and i run regular unleaded i figured it was about time to change out with a better coil and install new plugs. WOW!!!!! never realized i had lost so much performance over time , drives like new again.cannot tell exactly what i have gained in milage yet but for now i have 2 MPG gain so far.
