A soft-topped Jeep on a sunny afternoon is a recipe for some topless fun. But, monkeying around with a stock top can really rain on your parade. With all those troublesome bows to contend with and the endless straps to secure, you’re lucky if you have a half hour of daylight left once you’re done getting it down. Now, there’s a better, faster way to go from covered to wide open: the Rugged Ridge Bowless XHD Jeep Soft Top.
Forget about center bows—the Rugged Ridge XHD Soft Top doesn’t use ‘em. Instead, they’re custom designed for a completely snug fit with the tight tension holding them securely in place. Even better, your Bowless Jeep Soft Top uses far fewer straps than factory tops, dramatically cutting down on mounting time.
As durable as it is ingenious, your new Rugged Ridge Bowless Jeep Soft Top is built tough to survive life on the trail. For cooler cabin conditions, it comes with DOT-approved, 31% tinted windows that come out and store safely in a roof pouch. And, Rugged Ridge backs your new top with a 3-year warranty.

Does the top come with a strap in the back so when you roll up the back window you can strap it off and or does the window completely zip out?

So this top would fit on my 2003 jeep TJ sport? Im in dier need of a soft top.
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jul 06, 2012 2:39 PM
Hey Cody. Whether it will fit depends on whether your Jeep currently has a hard or soft top configuration. If it has a hard top now, then it will need the frame and hardware included in a complete kit such as the Rampage Complete Soft Top kit. Otherwise the Rugged Ridge should work well, just select the options you need. Thank you for your question.flag Accept Answer

I have a Bestop bow assembly that I hate. Are saying we don't need the bow assembly for this top to work. Just what do we need? Just take the old bow system-down and use it instead. Can you give me more detail please?

This top sounds perfect for you. Yes, you get rid of the cumbersome stock bow assembly and just use this one. It is much easier to use and goes up and down a lot faster.flag Accept Answer
