BMW 745i

"The front installed perfect. It look very classy, finishes the front end. The rear would not fit due to the fact that there is a lock under the lip of the trunch lid. I lowered the mounting screws about half and inch and it fit. It does stick out a little now and the license plate light does not shine directly on the plate but looks good. Great construction and very professional looking."

"License Plate Frame is very nice looking, but the way my frame is mounted to the car it will not work. In Texas we have to have a front license plate. With my new Impala SS it will not fit. but I have two other trucks that I show so I will find a place for it. Very nice product."

"GREAT LOOKING FRAME. ADDS A LOT OF CLASS TO THE VEHICLE. IT DID HAVE AN ALIGNMENT PROBLEM WITH 1 SET SCREW. OTHER THAN THAT, VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FRAME."

Prestige License Plate review

"They came as advertised. Quality backing plate -- heavy Galvanized metal. The screws that hold the frame to the backing plate seem a little small -- I wonder if they'll hold up. The instructions even caution you too take it easy when putting them in so you don't strip the threads in the backing plate. They look great. I have the black ones."

"I have a Steel Blue Bimmer (BMW)and wanted something really nice to contain my license tags (front & rear) the set I had were "dealer logo" frames, just like every other car on the road, until I spotted a car with the "Prestige Plates" on them and knew it was a must have item! At $49.00 they are well worth the price, the "nicest" frames at any auto parts store will run $30 & up, so I figured for a few dollars more I would outfit this great automobile (pre owned - but new to me)with fine looking frames (Chrome) from Prestige. The workmanship is outstanding!"

"The quality seems to be fine, but I've had to replace the front one twice in 3 months as the glass has shattered due to a stone or some other debris hitting it. At $45.00 per occurrance, it gets VERY expensive for almost no value added."

"I had to replace one plate that was damaged when I backed up in a snowbank. Rather than replace both plates with cheaper ones I decided to replace the damaged one with the matching Prestige Plate. I plan to purchase two additional plates for my Ford Ranger Edge."

"Except for one problem with one frame these are the best frames I have ever owned. I've ordered a total of 4 for my cars and my sons cars. The defect experienced was with one frame. Two of the lower threads for the frame to base attach were not well threaded. It was not a hardware problem but a thread problem. I had to work the allen screws in and out several times to establish a fit. If this were not a problem I would give it a 5 rating. Frank "

"I think this product is okay and a bit over priced. I must have miss read the advertisement because I thought I was getting two for that price or I would not have even ordered it. It doesn't make sense to sell only one for that price when most states require two tags. Now I'm stuck with either purchasing another one at that price or just continue to ride around with one plate frame. Up grade the frame. Its just plain for almost $50.00. I read that review from someone who had the same complaint but since everyone else sworn by it I thought I'd get it a try. Sorry for the negative post. But you asked."

"The prestige license plate does add prestige to the vehicle to which it is mounted.Those dealers that sell upscale vehicles Acura Audi BMW Lexus Mercedes etc, should provide thm as part of the sale. I will not hold my breath waiting for that to happen. Regards John C."
