The fog. At best, it's a forgettable horror film. At worst, it's the soupy stuff that's making it difficult to navigate your way back home. We could flap our scientific gums and explain what that misty stuff is and why it seems to haunt coastal cities the way the Loch Ness Monster haunts cryptozoologists' imaginations. But, we won't bore you with those mundane details. Instead, we're here to tell you how to get the upper hand by installing fog lights. Mounted low on your bumper, fog lights for trucks, cars and SUVs blast the road with a wide beam of light that goes under the fog. This low angle allows universal fog lights to illuminate the street instead of just lighting up the hazy fog cloud.
One of the best things about fog lights is that most are universal, so you can pick up a fog lamp or five and create a custom lighting setup on your ride. All the wiring you need is included, so it's merely a matter of deciding how many lights you want and where you want them. Obviously, you'll need to mount your lights down low so they can be properly angled to flash their beams under the fog, but there are lots of mounting points available. You could fix a fog light kit to your bumper, or you could get a special light bar for your front end. The options are practically limitless.
Along with universal auto fog lights, AutoAnything also stocks a number of custom-sized fog lamps that mount in place of your worn-out fog lights—or, in place of the non-existent lights if you didn't drop a small fortune on the dealership lighting package. If you're looking for Mustang fog lights or Toyota fog lights, you've come to the right place. Best of all, every fog lamp on our site ships free with no minimum purchase required. And, you get our rock-solid 1-year lower price guarantee.
Fog Lights Reviews Check out this recent Hella FF 75 Light Kit customer review: Tim P from Mont Belvieu, TX says "I ordered the Hella FF75's to put on my Yamaha 700 ATV because the headlights of the ATV were just not enough. The FF75's are well built with a very good black powder coat finish and heavy lens glass that should stand up to alot of abuse. The beam is a tight oval long range beam very bright for the type & size of bulb. The lights give me the extra distance, brightness and coverage I wanted when driving my ATV at night. I can see where the lights would be equally effective on an automobile. Not as good as a HID light but better than just headlights alone. All the extras are needed to either tie the lights into your existing electrical lighting system or just wiring them to a switch by themselves."
