Everything you will need for wiring your lights up except the lights. The switch is the only thing that I didn`t like. I got a different one.

This was a great buy. I have the Rallye 4000 with city light. With this harness I was able to install in about 15 min. The only thing I didnt like was the toggle switch but I just picked up another one at a autoparts store for a few bucks.

HELLA WIRING HARNESS RALLYE 4000 SERIES

These must be one of the easiest harnesses to install. As with any other harness, the length of the wires are always an issue as it depends on the application. In this case, they were a bit shorter as I intended them for the roof lights I had to extend them to be able to complete the circuit. One nice thought that Hella designers came up with were the fused relays. I didn't have to deal with a separate fuse holder. Overall, I would say I am quite happy with my purchase.
