Just installed my new Putco tailgate light bar and really love it. only suggestion I have is to make the installation instructions include directions for hard wiring the unit. also your instructions are a bit misleading as it said to install the unit with the power cable on the right side but it actually had to be installed on the left side of the vehicle to make the turn lights operate properly. Took about 1 hour to install hardwiring it.

Very easy to install. Make sure you test it out beforehand to confirm the blinkers work in accordance with the wiring and instructions. The directions had me install it backwards where my blinkers were opposite. Very simple to turn around using the clips to install. Provided screws were not needed.

Quick shipping, good packaging, no damage. Installation thoughts: I removed the plastic ring around the spare tire tool hole. The ring has two snap on clips, depress them to remove it. First plugged the light bar into the 4 way plug and checked the turn signals and brakes. Found that the bar wiring had to be on the driver's side, not the passenger side. Placed the bar below the tail gate, just above the tool insert hole with the 3 M strips. Couldn't use the screw brackets, pinched by tail gate.
