Purchased for 2008 Silverado 2500 & 2011 Traverse. The installation on the Traverse was difficult due to the variations of the curves on the light assembly. The need of a heat gun is would be very helpful, I used a hair dryer. After proper installation, the covers were not noticeable and allowed for outstanding protection. A few water marks appeared but naturally went away after a few days.

Due to the complex curves in the headlights on the 2011 Traverse, the X-Pel headlight protection is IMPOSSIBLE to install. I spent over an hour with a hair dryer on Max heat trying to smooth out the wrinkles and get the bubbles out of the cover, and finally gave up. This kit should never have been sold or promoted as a workable solution. As it was cut and supplied, it cannot work. I am very, very sorry I spent the money on this. I know that X-Pel is a quality product, but this kit should never be sold to a consumer. There are simply too many large areas that need to be stretched and shrunk to attempt to make it work. I was able to install the fog light portion, but the headlight covers are ridiculous!! DO NOT BUY THIS!
