The light bulbs are made from Japan, it is just so much brighter than my previous light bulbs. It is very good investment. I am getting the PIAA Xtreme White Bulbs for my Fog Lights today.

I installed the PIAA lights on a 2001 Tahoe and they work great - considerably better than the OEM bulbs they replaced. I've used PIAA bulbs in the past and have never had a problem.

They are were Brighter and worked well for 08 VW Passat with Lens in the headlight. Installation is up to the vehicle. Price is a little high and the value now will be if they last. Computer is tracking it now.

Honestly thought they would have been brighter.

Contacted AutoAnything and spoke to a salesperson and requested the brightest bulbs available for my 2004 explorer. He recommended the PIAA Xtreme. They are better than the stock bulbs, but I honestly thought they would have been brighter. Had to order the bulbs twice because PIAA shipped the bulbs out twice with out any packing material to protect the bulbs. AutoAnything was great and sent out a replacement order. Sent photos showing how the bulbs were shipped.

Not NEARLY as bright as I thought they would be. Not as bright as the factory lights, which I will re-install. Anyone want to buy (cheap) a slightly used set of piaa bulbs?

I am not very satisfied with the brightness of the bulbs, although they are better than the original. I could have bought a cheaper bulb for the same quality.

PIAA in 1997 Chevy Silverado

I replaced my original low beams with the PIAA Xtreme white plus bulb. I was told by an AutoAnything rep that these are the brightest (not compared to CRE LED or HID) they have that will work in my 1997 Chevy Silverado. The bulbs were easy to replace and work with no problems. They are much brighter than the factory bulbs, but do not have a white/blue light that you get from either HID or CRE LED lights. These bulbs definitely extend my visibility over the factory low beams.
