The factory/dealer foglights fit low and to the sides, and are tapered to fit the pre-cut openings (covered by plastic to match the bumper if foglights are not installed). They are expensive. So I opted for the more powerful Hella FF75s. We mounted them above the front bumper, by notching out some plastic grillwork. Had to reroute the wiring so as not to interfere with the radiator louvers which close at highway speeds (in order to reduce aerodynamic drag). Couldn't wire the Hellas into the factory foglight fuse block, so wired them directly and put an in-line fuse in place. Placed the on-off button inside the passenger compartment in an unobtrusive spot between the instrument dial and the center Malibu display panel and secured it with double-sided tape. The lights themselves wander out of position due to road vibrations, so will add a lock washer to secure them better. They look sharp.

Everything was as advertised. Good fit, easy install and the chrome trim pieces included are a nice bonus. Lense covers are plastic so I think will scratch easily. Time will tell how they hold up. But a very easy and inexpensive upgrade for the LT Suburban.
