The factory/dealer foglights fit low and to the sides, and are tapered to fit the pre-cut openings (covered by plastic to match the bumper if foglights are not installed). They are expensive. So I opted for the more powerful Hella FF75s. We mounted them above the front bumper, by notching out some plastic grillwork. Had to reroute the wiring so as not to interfere with the radiator louvers which close at highway speeds (in order to reduce aerodynamic drag). Couldn't wire the Hellas into the factory foglight fuse block, so wired them directly and put an in-line fuse in place. Placed the on-off button inside the passenger compartment in an unobtrusive spot between the instrument dial and the center Malibu display panel and secured it with double-sided tape. The lights themselves wander out of position due to road vibrations, so will add a lock washer to secure them better. They look sharp.

Appearance, price value and quality are all FIRST RATE!!! I installed mine on a roll bar and the harness did not even make it half way to the bar on the bed of the truck. The installation was not hard but very time consuming. Not a job for a first timer. You should install your lights directly to the battery with in line fuses and don't mess with the trucks wiring system because the computers in your late model truck might pick up the increase in your 12 volt system and shut down.
